تحلیل محیطی و تدوین راهبردهای توسعه ورزش دانشجویی

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین برنامۀ استراتژیک توسعۀ ورزش تربیتی دانشگاه ایلام با استفاده از مدل سوات و ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک کمی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل مربیان، مسئولان کمیته‌های مختلف ورزش دانشجویی، مدیران، کارشناسان، دانشجویان فعال در ورزش و اساتید گروه علوم ورزشی دانشگاه جمعاً به تعداد 68 نفر می‌باشند. برای تعیین نمونه پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار استفاده شد و تمامی جامعه به مثابه نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته براساس مطالعه اکتشافی و بازنویسی از مبانی و مطالعات مشابه بود که روایی محتوایی آن‌ها براساس نظر متخصصان و با پایایی آلفای کرونباخ 0.92 تایید شد. از آزمون فریدمن، روش وزن‌دهی، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل درونی و بیرونی و ماتریس داخلی و خارجی جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 10 نقطه قوت، 10 نقطه ضعف، 10 فرصت، 11تهدید و 19 استراتژی (5 استراتژی تهاجمی، 5 استراتژی محافظه‌کارانه، 4 استراتژی رقابتی و 5 استراتژی تدافعی) گردید. همچنین براساس ماتریس عوامل درونی (2.48) و عوامل بیرونی (2.53) وضعیت راهبردی ورزش تربیتی دانشگاه ایلام در منطقه محافظه‌کارانه قرار دارد. نتایج تحلیل سوات نشان می‌دهد که ضعف‌ها بر قوت‌ها و فرصت‌ها بر تهدیدها غلبه دارد؛ بنابراین بایستی از استراتژی‌های ثبات (شامل نگهداری و حمایت درونی) استفاده شود.

Desigining and Codification a Strategic Plan for Development of Eductional Sport at Ilam University by Using the SWOT and QSPM Model

The present study intended to Desigining and Codification a Strategic Plan for Development of Eductional Sport at Ilam University by Using the SWOT and QSPM Model. This research is descriptiveanalytical and functional. The statistical population of study included coaches, authorities of the student sports committees, directors, experts, active Students in sports and professors of the department of sport sciences of Ilam University, totally 68 people. To determine the sample, we used All the numbers sampling and the whole society was chosen as a sample. The authors have developed a questionnaire, as an instrument, based on exploratory study and rewriting similar foundations and studies. Validity of this instrument was confirmed by experts (content validity). The reliability of the instrument was also proved as suitable (Ra= 0.92). To analyze the data and the suitable strategies, friedman test, weighting method, and external (2/53) and internal (2/48) factors evaluation matrix and internal and external matrix (IE) were utilized. data analysis led to identifying 10 strengths, 10 weaknesses, 10 opportunities, 11 threats and 19 strategies (5 SO strategies, 5 WO strategies, 4 ST strategies and 5 WT strategies). Also according to internal factors matrix (2.48) and external factors matrix (2.53), the strategic condition of the educational sport at Ilam University is in WO region. the results of SWOT analysis show that weaknesses overcome strengths and opportunities over threats, so conservative strategies (Includes internal maintenance and support) should be used.
