طراحی مدل صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان تربیت بدنی ایران

شایستگی ها و مهارت های معلمان در کارآمد بودن آنان و تحقق اهداف نظام آموزش و پرورش نقش اساسی دارند. فقدان مدل صلاحیت های حرفه ای ضروری معلمان تربیت بدنی در ایران محقق را برآن داشت تا به طراحی مدل صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان تربیت بدنی در ایران اقدام نماید. این تحقیق به روش تحقیق آمیخته انجام پذیرفت. در مرحله کیفی با 21 نفر از خبرگان تربیت بدنی در مدارس مصاحبه نیمه ساختار انجام گرفت، داده های حاصل به روش نظریه زمینه ای تجزیه و تحلیل گردید، 53 گویه در یازده مولفه (آموزش های تخصصی، ویژگی های شخصی، علاقمندی، توجه به تفاوت ها، دانش و مهارت تخصصی، نقش انگیزه دهنده خلاقیت، الگو بودن، ارتباطی، راهنمایی دهنده و ایمن ساز) و چهار بعد (صلاحیت رفتاری، عاطفی، شناختی و مهارتی) نتیجه حاصل از آن بود. براساس یافته های حاصل از بخش اول تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ی صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان طراحی و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کمی تحقیق معلمان و کارشناسان تربیت بدنی شاغل در وزارت آموزش و پرورش بودند و حجم نمونه آماری تحقیق، هشت نمونه برای هر گویه و در مجموع 400 نمونه تعیین گشت و روش های آماری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و معادلات ساختاری برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد، نتایج حاصل تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی چهار بعد را تایید نمود و با اضافه کردن بعد آموزشی نتایج را گسترش داد. همچنین شاخص های نیکویی برازش به وسیله معادلات ساختاری مورد قرار گرفتند که نتایج حاصل نشان دادند که مدل ارائه شده از برازش خوبی برخوردار است.

The Modeling of professional competence of Iranian physical education teachers

The competencies and skills of teachers play an essential role in their efficiency and in achieving the goals of the education system. The lack of a model of the necessary professional qualifications of physical education teachers in Iran has led the researcher to design a model for the professional competencies of physical education teachers in Iran. This research was carried out using a mixed research method. In the qualitative stage, 21 semistructured interviews were conducted with 21 physical education experts in the schools, the data were analyzed by Grounded theory method, 53 items in eleven components (specialized training, personal characteristics, interest, attention to differences, knowledge and skills, creativity, modeling, communication, guidance and safety), and four dimensions (behavioral competence, Emotional, cognitive, and skillful) was the result of that. Based on the findings from the first part of the study, the professional competence questionnaire of teachers was designed and tested. The statistical population was a quantitative part of the research of teachers and physical education experts working in the Ministry of Education. The sample size of the study, eight samples for each item and a total of 400 samples were determined. Statistical methods, exploratory factor analysis and structural equations were used for analysis Data. The results confirmed the exploratory factor analysis of four dimensions and expanded the results by adding the educational dimension. Also, fitness fitting indicators were fitted by structural equations, which showed that the proposed model has good fitness.
