آسیب شناسی تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدارس با استفاده از مدل سه شاخگی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب‌شناسی تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدارس ابتدایی استان خوزستان انجام شده‌است. در این تحقیق که به روش آمیخته انجام شد، محققان با مراجعه به خبرگان حوزۀ ورزش دانش‌آموزی استان خوزستان، از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از آنان پرداختند و داده‌های حاصل از 25 مصاحبه به روش تئوری‌سازی داده‌بنیاد کدگذاری و تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل گردید. سپس پرسشنامه‌ای مطابق با کدهای بدست آمده طراحی شد. روایی پرسشنامه با تکنیک دلفی، توسط تعدادی از اساتید و کارشناسان صاحب‌نظر و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (α=0.804) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. با توجه به جامعۀ تحقیق و مراجعه به جدول مورگان، با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب، پرسشنامه در میان 280 نفر از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی، کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی ادارات آموزش و پرورش و اعضای هیئت علمی تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه‌های استان، توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس و پی.ال.اس تحلیل گردید. طبق یافته‌های تحقیق به ترتیب عوامل سازمانی، فردی و زمینه‌ای دارای بیشترین آسیب‌ها در حوزۀ تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش مدارس بودند. در بین زیرشاخه‌های هر سه سطح، معلم تربیت‌بدنی(سطح سازمانی) دارای بیشترین آسیب و محیط زیست(سطح زمینه‌ای) دارای کمترین آسیب بودند. با توجه به اینکه آسیب‌های سطح سازمانی بیشترین تاثیر را بر توسعۀ تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدارس داشته‌اند، لذا بازنگری وزارت آموزش و پرورش در برنامه‌ریزی، تخصیص منابع و تجهیز مدارس در این راستا امری ضروری است. در سطح فردی، آموزش به خانواده ها و در سطح زمینه‌ای، ترویج فرهنگ گرایش به ورزش و گسترش ورزش همگانی از اقدامات لازم و مفید به نظر می‌رسند.

Pathology of Physical Education and School Sports by Applying Three Dimensional Model

The present study has been done with the aim of pathology of physical education and Sports in elementary schools of Khuzestan province. in This research, that was done in a mixed method, the researchers were referred to experts in the field of Sports Students in Khuzestan and began to collect information from them through indepth interviews. Then coded and analyzed data from 25 interviews using grounded theory. Then a questionnaire was designed based on received codes. validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by Delphi technique by a number of professors and experts and confirmed its reliability with Cronbach’s alpha(α=0.804). according to the research community and Morgan table, by proportional stratified random sampling, were distributed questionnaires among the 280 physical education teachers, physical education experts from the education departments and physical education professors in Khuzestan. data were analyzed using SPSS and PLS software. According to findings, organizational, personal and background factors were the most damaged in the field Physical Education and School Sports. among the subcategories of all three levels, the physical education teacher(organizational level) had the most damage and the environment (background level) had the least damage. Given that organizationallevel damages has had the greatest impact on the development of Physical Education and School Sports, it is therefore necessary to review the Ministry of Education in planning, allocating resources and equipping schools. at the individual level, education to families and at the background level, promoting the culture of the tendency toward sport for all is a necessary and useful actions.
