بررسی جامعه‌شناختی میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی و عوامل مرتبط با آن (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های تهران، تبریز، اصفهان، علامه طباطبایی، شهید بهشتی، شهید باهنر کرمان، بوعلی همدان و فردوسی مشهد)

هدف اصلی از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی و عوامل مرتبط با آن است. روش تحقیق، پیمایشی و ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همه دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های منتخب (اصفهان، بوعلی سینا، علامه طباطبایی، شهید بهشتی، فردوسی مشهد، تبریز و شهید باهنر کرمان) وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری در سال 1392 به تعداد 152400 نفر بوده که از این تعداد، نمونه پژوهش به تعداد 1356 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. درمجموع، یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که در دانشگاه‌های منتخب، میانگین مشارکت دانشجویان در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی در حد متوسط به بالا (24/59) بوده است. همچنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل مسیر، به ترتیب اثرات کل متغیرهای انتظار فایده، توانمندسازی، سرمایه اجتماعی، احساس محرومیت نسبی و کیفیت آموزش دانشگاهی بر متغیر مشارکت در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی معنی‌دار بوده و متغیرهای یاد شده توانسته‌اند، 60 درصد تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین کنند.

The Sociological Investigation of Students’ Participation Level in Assessing the Quality of Education and its Associated Factors (Case Study: Students Studying at University of Tehran, University of Tabriz, University of Isfahan, Allameh Tabatabai University, Shahid Beheshti University, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, BuAli Sina University and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad)

The main aim of this study was to investigate students’ participation level in assessing the quality of education and its associated factors. This research made use of survey method and the measurement tool was limited to questionnaires. The research statistical population was composed of all the students studying at selected universities (University of Tabriz, University of Isfahan, Allameh Tabatabai University, Shahid Beheshti University, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, BuAli Sina University and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad) affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2013 (N=152400). Then, Cochran’s Formula and stratified sampling method were used to select a sample of 1356 students. In sum, the findings of this study showed that, throughout the selected universities, the mean of students’ participation in assessing the quality of education was moderate to high (59.24). Given the results of the path analysis, it was found that the effects of expected benefits, empowerment, social capital, feeling of relative deprivation and the quality of academic education on participation in assessing the quality of education were significant thereof.
