   تحلیل سازوکار ارزشیابی عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیات علمی: مطالعه موردی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی

چکیده    The main purpose of the present research was to study and analyze the current situation of educational performance evaluation among academic members of allameh tabataba’i university. the required data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. to do so, 200 academic members were randomly selected out of 450 in 2011-2012 academic years. finally the data of 125 completed questionnaires were analyzed. the results showed that the current mechanism of academic members' performance evaluation is not sufficient. also, more than 56 percent of them believed that the current mechanism should be improved. finally, some suggestions are offered to improve the evaluation methods.
