سنجش دستاوردهای یادگیری دانش‌آموختگان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر اساس هدف‌های برنامه درسی

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف سنجش دستاوردهای یادگیری دانش‌آموختگان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، اجرا شد.روش پژوهش: نوع پژوهش، کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی (ترکیبی) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموختگان سال‌های 1395 تا 1398 دانشگاه بود که طبق تقسیم‌بندی قطب‌های آموزشی سازمان سنجش، به روش خوشه‌ای تصادفی، پنج استان سمنان، کرمان، همدان، چهارمحال‌وبختیاری و فارس انتخاب شد و از بین 5153 نفر از دانش‌آموختگان این استان‌ها به روش تصادفی 365 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها یک پرسشنامه بسته‌پاسخ محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه را ده تن از صاحب‌نظران تایید کردند و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرانباخ، 0.97 محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها: دستاوردهای یادگیری، در سه بعد دانشی، توانشی و نگرشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش در اکثر شاخص‌های مورد بررسی، دستاوردهای یادگیری در حد نسبتاً مطلوب بود (p<0/01و 4/5≤x≤5/3). بررسی برازش مدل‌های اندازه‌گیری، ساختاری و مدل کلی به روش pls نشان‌دهندۀ تایید مدل ارائه شده بود ((α>0.7,cr>0.7,ave>0.5,fl>0.5&t-values>1.96) نتیجه‌گیری: گرچه رسالت دانشگاه فرهنگیان و رشته آموزش ابتدایی، با توجه به هدف های برنامه درسی آن، تربیت دانش آموختگانی(معلمان) شایسته و با کیفیت است، اما طبق نتایج این پژوهش، دستاوردهای یادگیری رشته در زمینه دانشی، نگرشی و توانشی، از دیدگاه دانش آموختگان مورد بررسی در حد مطلوب و مورد انتظار نبوده و لازم است در زمینه طراحی و اجرای برنامه درسی رشته، تدابیر مناسبی اندیشیده شود.

assessing the learning outcomes of educational primary graduates at farhangian university based on the objectives of the curriculum

objective: the purpose of this research was to measure the learning outcomes of the primary education graduates.methods: the type of applied research was descriptive-analytical and survey. the statistical population of the research included all university graduates, who were selected by random cluster method in five provinces of semnan, kerman, hamedan, chaharmahal bakhtiari & fars, and randomly selected 365 person of them. the data collection tool was a closed-answer questionnaire made by the researcher, that validity was confirmed by ten experts and its reliability was calculated as 0.97 by cronbach's alpha method.results: learning outcomes were examined in three dimensions: knowledge, ability and attitude. according to the results, in most of the studied indicators, the learning outcomes were relatively favorable. examining the fit of measurement models, structural and general model, by pls method, indicated the verification of the presented model. (<α0.7, cr<0.7, ave<0.5, fl<0.5 & t-values<1.96).conclusion: although the mission of farhangian university and elementary education, according to the goals of its curriculum, is the training of qualified and high-quality graduates (teachers), but according to the results of this research, the learning outcomes in the field of knowledge, attitude and ability, from the point of view of graduates, were not at the desired and expected level, and it is necessary to think of appropriate measures in this case, designing and implementing the curriculum of the field.
