شناسایی عوامل موثر در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاه و ارائه مدل مناسب

هدف: با توجه به نقش هدایت‌کننده کیفیت آموزش عالی جهت توسعه کشور، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر در ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شده است.روش پژوهش: از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش شناسی کیفی، با استفاده از روش دلفی بوده است. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه نمیه ساختاریافته، بررسی اسناد و چارچوب‌های نظری متخصصان و تجارب ملی و بین‌المللی استفاده شده است. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. در بخش دلفی افراد منتخب مرتبط با موضوع بوده و معیارهای ورود را دارا بودند.یافته‌ها: به‌ منظور تایید روایی و پایایی مولفه‌ها، 18 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. 10 نفر از خبرگان شناسایی و سپس 8 نفر دیگر از طریق 10 نفر خبره معرفی شدند. 61/1 درصد خبرگان مرد و 38/9 درصد زن، 61/1 درصد خبرگان عضو هیات علمی و همه دارای مدرک دکتری بودند. بعد از دو مرحله دلفی اتفاق نظر ایجاد شده و با آزمون کندال و اشباع نظری، نظرسنجی از خبرگان متوقف شد و 71 نشانگر در قالب 29 ملاک و 7 عامل تایید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: 7 عامل ساختار سازمانی، اعضای هیات علمی، دانشجویان، دوره‌های آموزشی و برنامه‌های درسی، امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی و پژوهشی و دانش آموختگان با ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای آن‌ها شناسایی شدند و در پایان مدل نهایی پیشنهاد شد.

identifying the factors affecting evaluation of the higher education quality by providing a proper model

objective: considering the guiding role of the quality of higher education for the development of the country, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors in evaluating the quality of education in islamic azad university.methods: in terms of practical purpose, in terms of qualitative methodology, it was using the delphi method. in this research, a structured questionnaire, review of documents and theoretical frameworks of experts and national and international experiences have been used. descriptive statistics and delphi technique were used in data analysis. in the delphi section, the selected people were related to the subject and met the entry criteria.results:in order to verify the validity and reliability of the components, 18 faculty members were selected until theoretical saturation. 10 experts were identified and then 8 others were introduced through 10 experts. 61.1% of the experts were male and 38.9% were female, 1.61% of the experts were faculty members and all of them had doctorate degrees. after two delphi steps, consensus was established and with kendall’s test and theoretical saturation, the survey of experts was stopped and 71 indicators were confirmed in the form of 29 criteria and 7 factors.conclusion:7 organizational structure factors, faculty members, students, training courses and curricula, educational and research facilities and equipment, and graduates were identified with their criteria and indicators, and the final model was proposed at the end.
