طراحی و ارائه الگوی اعتبارسنجی در سطح گروه آموزشی(مورد مطالعه: گروه‌‌‌های آموزشی مدیریت آموزش‌عالی و مدیریت آموزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و ارائه الگوی مناسب اعتبارسنجی در سطح گروه آموزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اجرا شده است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش ترکیبی از نوع طرح متوالی تبیینی و از لحاظ هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل مدیران گروه‌ها و اعضای هیات‌علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و در بخش کیفی شامل صاحب نظران و اعضای هیات‌علمی بودند. حجم نمونه بخش کمی 36 تن از مدیران گروه های آموزشی و 97 نفر اعضای هیات‌علمی گروه‌ها به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی و در بخش کیفی، 66 نفر اعضای هیئت علمی خبره و متخصص حوزه مورد مطالعه بودند که به روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی از نوع گلوله برفی تعیین شدند. از ابزارهای پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته، مصاحبه و چک لیست استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها و ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و اساتید راهنما و مشاور تعیین شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/97 برآورد شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‏های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که از دیدگاه افراد نمونه، کیفیت ابعاد وفرایند اجرای طرح ارزیابی درونی و بیرونی دانشگاه بالاتر از حد متوسط است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد پنج گام برای اعتبارسنجی در سطح گروه آموزشی ضروری است و تعداد 8 عامل، 42 ملاک و 214 نشانگر اعتبارسنجی مشخص گردید و همچنین، الگوی اعتبارسنجی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.

designing and presenting an accreditation model at the department level(case study: departments of higher education management and educational management of islamic azad university)

objective:the aim of this study was to design and present an appropriate validation model at the level of the department of islamic azad university.methods: the research method is a combination of consecutive explanatory design and in terms of purpose is among the applied research. the statistical population in the quantitative part included the heads of departments and faculty members of the islamic azad university and in the qualitative part included experts and faculty members. quantitative sample size of 36 department heads and 97 faculty members was determined by random stratified sampling method and in qualitative section 66 expert faculty members and field specialists were determined by non-random snowball sampling method. researcher-made questionnaire, interview and checklist were used. the face and content validity of the questionnaires and research tools were determined using the opinions of experts, supervisors and consultants and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated with cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.97. descriptive and inferential statistical methods and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the dataresults: findings showed that from the perspective of the sample, the quality of the dimensions and the process of implementing the internal and external evaluation plan of the university is above average.conclusion: the results showed that five steps are necessary for validation at the departmental level and the number of 8 factors, 42 criteria and 214 validation indicators were identified and the validation model has a good fit
