شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی سازه‌های بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی ویکور فازی و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ism) (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه لرستان)

یکی از مهم‌ترین معیارهای برتری دانشگاه‌ها در نظام‌های ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی، کیفیت آموزش‌های ارائه‌شده به‌وسیله آنان است. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی سازه‌های بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و بررسی اولویت هر یک از معیارها بر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشگاه لرستان است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش همه اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه لرستان به تعداد 321 نفر بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 175 نفر از آنان به‌صورت تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه برای رتبه‌بندی و سطح‌بندی سازه‌های موثر بر کیفیت خدمات آموزشی استفاده ‌شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به مطالعات انجام گرفته و ادبیات پژوهش، 30 عامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی شناسایی شدند. عوامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با استفاده از تکنیک ویکور فازی، رتبه‌بندی و سپس مهم‌ترین عوامل با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ism) سطح‌بندی شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سازه‌های «وضعیت دانشجو (مکان، زمان، استعداد فردی)، تامین منابع مالی دوره‌های آموزشی و استفاده از مدرسان باتجربه» از اساسی‌ترین عوامل موثر بر بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی هستند که باید در وهله اول بر آنها تاکید شود.

Identification and Prioritization of Structures for Improving the Quality of Educational Services of Public Universities Using Integrated Fuzzy Vikor and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) Approach: (Case Study: Lorestan University)

One of the most important criteria for the superiority of universities in the evaluation and ranking systems is the quality of the education provided by them. The purpose of this study was to identify the structures for improving the quality of the educational services, and to examine the priority of each of the criteria on the quality of the educational services of Lorestan University. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of research method. The statistical population of this study was 321 members of the faculty of Lorestan University, of which 175 were randomly selected as a sample using the Cochran’s formula. In order to collect data, two questionnaires were used to rank and level the structures affecting the quality of the educational services. In the present study, according to the studies and research literature, 30 factors affecting the improvement of the quality of the educational services were identified. Factors affecting the quality of educational services were ranked using Fuzzy Vikor technique, and then the most important factors were classified using interpretive structural modeling (ISM). The results showed that the structures of student status (location, time, individual talent), funding of training courses and the use of experienced instructors are the main factors affecting the improvement of the quality of the educational services that should be emphasized in the first place.
