ارائه چارچوب توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان

مهارت پژوهشی از مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های کلیدی معلمان قرن بیست ویکم است. دانشگاه فرهنگیان که نهاد کلیدی تربیت معلم در کشور هست، باید در تربیت معلم با قابلیت‌های پژوهشی برنامه مشخصی داشته باشد. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوب توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. این پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از منظر روش از نوع پژوهش کیفی است. جامعه پژوهش، خبرگان کلیدی حوزه پژوهشگری با رویکرد توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش بود و از این جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد20 نفر نمونه انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کد‌گذاری باز و محوری و به کمک‌نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام گرفت. مقبولیت یافته‌ها بر مبنای نظر خبرگان حاصل شد. نتایج پژوهش در چهار بعد عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل ساختاری سازمانی، عوامل برنامه درسی و عوامل فردی ارائه شد. در بعد عوامل مدیریتی، 21 شاخص شناسایی شد که نقش توسعه‌ای در فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان داشت. در بعد عوامل ساختاری، شاخص‌های تاثیر‌گذار در توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش 25 مورد، شاخص‌های موثر در حوزه برنامه درسی، 22 مورد و در نهایت در بعد عوامل فردی شاخص‌های کلیدی توسعه فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان 28 مورد شناسایی شدند.

Designing a Framework for the Development of Research Culture in the Campuses of Farhangian University

One of the vital skills and competencies of the 21st century teachers is research skills. Farhangian University, as a key institution of teacher training within the country, should define a particular program in teacher training with research capabilities. The aim of this study was to provide a framework for the development of research culture within the campuses of Farhangian University. The research is practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it is a qualitative type. The research population is vital experts within the field of research with an approach toward the development of research culture. 20 samples selected by purposive sampling method from the population. The data collection method was semistructured interview. Data analysis was carried out using open and axial coding method by MAXQDA software. The validity of the findings based on the opinion of experts obtained. The research results were presented in four dimensions: managerial factors, structuralorganizational factors, curriculum factors and individual factors. Within the managerial factors dimension, 21 indicators were identified with developmental role within the culture of research in Farhangian University. Also, within the structural factors dimension, 25, within the field of curriculum, 22, and finally 28 indicators within the dimension of individual factors identified.
