رابطه کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با توسعه دانش محتوایی و شایستگی‌های کانونی دانشجو-معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه کیفیت خدمات آموزشی با توسعه دانش محتوایی و شایستگی‌های کانونی دانشجو -معلمان انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه دانشجویان ورودی سال‌های 1391 و 1392، مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 1395–1394 در دانشگاه‌های فرهنگیان استان آذربایجان غربی، به تعداد 1823 نفر بود که طبق فرمول کوکران، 317 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های کیفیت خدمات آموزشی از پرسشنامه سروکوال (زوار و همکاران، 1386)، دانش محتوایی از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و شایستگی‌های کانونی از پرسشنامه حیدری و همکاران (1392) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها با نظر کارشناسان تایید شد. روایی سازه پرسشنامه کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و شایستگی‌های کانونی از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته دانش محتوایی نیز با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب با مقادیر 92/.، 94/. و 90/. تایید شد. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که کیفیت خدمات آموزشی نقش پیش‌بینی کننده‌ای بر دانش محتوایی و شایستگی‌های کانونی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان آذربایجان غربی دارد. همچنین دانش محتوایی در رابطه کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و شایستگی‌های کانونی نقش میانجی را ایفا می‌کند.

The Relationship between the Quality of Educational Services with Development of Content Knowledge and Core Competencies of the StudentTeachers of Farhangian University

The present research was conducted to investigate the relationship between the quality of the educational services with the development of content knowledge and core competencies of the studentteachers of Farhangian university. Research method is descriptivecorrelation. The statistical population includes the entire junior and senior studentteachers entered in Farhangian University (a university for teacher training and development) of WestAzerbaijan in 20122013 which is investigated in the academic year 20152016. The number of subjects was 1823 selected based on Cochran Formula, about 317 participants are selected in accordance with random stratified sampling method. In order to measure variables; quality of educational services, content knowledge and core competencies, Servqual questionnaire, selfmade questionnaire and Heidary, Farajpahlou, Osareh & Geraei questionnaire (2013) were applied, respectively. Pearson Correlation results show that there are meaningful and positive relations among quality of educational services along with content knowledge and core competencies. In addition, Structural Equation model shows that dimensions of educational services quality has a positive and meaningful effect on content knowledge and the core competencies of studentteachers. Also, content knowledge plays a mediation role in the relationship between the quality of educational services and core competencies.
