شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت تدریس استادان از دیدگاه دانشجویان (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد)

هدف اصلی از اجرای این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت تدریس در دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به‌صورت ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی و با استفاده از دو روش پیمایشی و تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت بودند که از طریق مصاحبه با 26 مشارکت‌کننده صورت پذیرفت. تحلیل مضامین از طریق کدگذاری باز و محوری انجام گرفت. نتایج این بخش نشان داد که مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت تدریس استادان شامل 4 مضمون اصلی: مهارت‌های آموزشی، دانش‌پژوهی، و مهارت‌های بین فردی و ارتباطی، ویژگی‌های فردی و حرفه‌ای استادان و 20 زیرمضمون است. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، شامل دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد که در سال 97-96 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 225 نفر برآورد شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری و با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و t تک‌گروهی تحلیل شد. یافته‌های بخش کمی بیانگر آن است که از بین مولفه‌های شناسایی شده، مهارت‌های بین فردی و ارتباطی استادان، مهم‌ترین مولفه کیفیت تدریس از دیدگاه دانشجویان است.

Identifying the Effective Components of the Quality of Professors’ Teaching from the Students’ Point of View at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Health

The main purpose of this study was to identify those components impacting on teaching quality in the Faculty of Health at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. In terms of its goal, this research is an applied one and the research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods of exploratory research using two survey methods and thematic analysis. In the qualitative stage, using semistructured interviews with 24 faculty members and students of the Faculty of Health of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, the data gathered were saturated. The analysis of the content was done through open and axial coding. The results of this section showed that the components affecting the teaching quality of the professors included four main themes: educational skills, scholarship, interpersonal and communication skills, and individual and professional characteristics of professors and 20 subthemes. The statistical population of the quantitative section included students of the Faculty of Health at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences who were studying in 19961997. The sample was estimated 225 people using the Cochran formula. Data were gathered using a researchermade questionnaire. They were then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and t singlegroup. The findings of the quantitative section indicated that among the identified components, interpersonal and communication skills between faculty members were the most important components of teaching quality from the students’ perspective.
