صلح گروگان روابط قدرت؛ لزوم حکمرانی ملکه گی در کندوی اجتماعی

صلح و قدرت ارتباط پیچیده‌ای دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف کمک به فهم بهتر مفهوم قدرت -به‌عنوان یک امر کلی و دارای شمولیت در ساحات مختلف زندگی- درکی غیرمتمرکز از قدرت و حکمرانی و پیوند آن با صلح را ارائه می‌کند. به این ترتیب با نگاهی جامعه‌شناختی و از لنز فوکو به مفهوم قدرت و حکمرانی می‌نگرد و نشان می‌دهد روابط قدرت در ارتباط با صلح در حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی افراد چگونه عمل می‌کند.روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع نظریۀ زمینه‌ای است و داده‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با تکنیک مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 43 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1402 به‌دست آمد و بعد از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به شیوۀ کدگذاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مصاحبه‌شوندگان صلح را گروگان روابط قدرت و حکمرانی‌هایی می‌دانند که در تمام ساحات زندگی آن‌ها نمود یافته و توسط اشکال و روابط قدرت نامطلوبی از جمله «سلطۀ سلاطین قدر قدرت»، «فناوری انضباطی قدرت» و «رژیم‌های حقیقت حاکم» گروگان گرفته شده است. آنان برای ترمیم این رابطه و دستیابی به صلح به «لزوم واژگونی روابط قدرت»، «شکل‌گیری روایت» و «جلوه‌گری مدارا و رواداری» اشاره داشتند.برای خارج‌شدن از اوضاع پیش‌رو، توجه به حکمرانی نرم یا به تعبیری «حکمرانی ملکگی در کندوی اجتماعی» به‌عنوان ضرورت امروز و نیاز فردا احساس می‌شود.

the relationship between peace and power is intricate. this research has endeavored to offer a decentralized comprehension of power and governance, as well as their relationship with peace, in order to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of the concept of power, which is both general and pervasive in various aspects of life. therefore, he examined the concept of power and governance from a sociological perspective and through foucault’s prism, demonstrating how power relations are interconnected with peace in various aspects of a person’s life.the data was collected using a purposive sampling method and a semi-structured interview technique with 43 graduate students of tabriz university in 1402, and the qualitative method employed was grounded theory. the data was analyzed through coding.the results indicate that the interviewees regard peace as a hostage to power relations and governance that are evident in all aspects of their lives. they are held hostage by unfavorable forms and relations of power, such as the domination of powerful kings, disciplinary technology of power, and ruling regimes of truth. in order to reestablish this relationship and achieve peace, they emphasized the importance of overturning power relations, forming a narrative and demonstrating tolerance.in order to escape this situation, the necessity of soft governance in the social hive is perceived as the necessity of today and tomorrow.
