عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی موثر بر رضایت سالمندان از خدمات رفاهی بازنشستگی (مورد مطالعه: بازنشستگان تحت پوشش سازمان بازنشستگی شهرداری تهران)

سالمندان از مهم‌ترین اقشار جامعه هستند که در آینده‌ای نزدیک، جامعه با مسائل و مشکلات آن‌ها روبه‌رو خواهد شد. مطالعه کمی حاضر به بررسی عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی موثر بر رضایت سالمندان از خدمات رفاهی بازنشستگان شهرداری تهران پرداخته است. داده‌های آن نیز با پیمایش و استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شده است. جامعه آماری 2255 نفر از بازنشستگان بالای 65 سال تحت پوشش سازمان بازنشستگی شهرداری تهران هستند. از این تعداد 389 نفر با استفاده از فرمول‌های موجود انتخاب شدند و با آن‌ها مصاحبه شد. همچنین، در این پژوهش برای توصیف داده‌ها از شاخص‌های حد وسط، پراکندگی و توزیع و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و استنباط آماری از تحلیل چندمتغیره رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد میان سن و میزان رضایت بازنشستگان ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین میزان رضایت پاسخگویان متاثر از پایگاه فرهنگی آن‌هاست، اما میان متغیر وابسته، یعنی میزان رضایت بازنشستگان و متغیرهای جنسیت، تحصیلات، طبقه اجتماعی و احساس عدالت اجتماعی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. با وجود این نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان می‌دهد مدل رگرسیونی پیش‌بینی‌کننده متغیر وابسته پژوهش است.

Sociocultural factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly with retirement welfare(Case study: Tehran Municipality)

The elderly are one of the most important strata of society that will face problems and problems in the near future.The present study aims to investigate the social and cultural factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly with the welfare services of Tehran Municipality retirees. The method of this study is quantitative and the required data are collected through a survey and using a researchermade questionnaire. The statistical population consists of retired persons over 65 years old covered by the Tehran Municipality Retirement Organization, which is 2,255. Of these, 389 individuals have been selected and questioned using the existing formulas. Also, in order to describe the data, the indexes of intermediate distribution, dispersion and distribution are used. For data analysis and statistical inference, multivariate regression analysis has been used. Results show that there is a significant relationship between age and satisfaction of retirees. Respondents’ satisfaction is also affected by their cultural status. But there is not a meaningful relationship between the dependent variable, ie, the level of satisfaction of the retirees and the variables of gender, education, social class and sense of social justice. However, the results of multivariate regression analysis show that the regression model is the predictor of the dependent variable of the research.
