اثر قیمت مسکن بر ازدواج در نقاط شهری ایران

ازدواج اگرچه موضوعی شخصی و یکی از ابعاد مهم اجتماعی و تکامل اجتماعی انسان است؛ بُعد اقتصادی آن، به‌ویژه سرپناه مناسب‌، در پایداری و موفقیت زوجین امری کلیدی و بنیادی به‌شمار می رود؛ از این‌رو، شناخت مولفه‌های موثر بر ازدواج و عوامل اثرگذار اقتصادی و اجتماعی ازجمله قیمت مسکن، جهت تشکیل خانوارها، به‌ویژه خانوارهای جوان حائز اهمیت فراوان است. در این پژوهش با روش ardl و با استفاده از داده‌های سری زمانی 1369 تا 1399ه‍.ش. ایران به بررسی اثر قیمت مسکن بر ازدواج پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای قیمت واقعی مسکن، نرخ بیکاری و سطح تحصیلات اثر منفی و معنادار بر نرخ ازدواج و هم‌چنین نسبت جمعیت شهرنشین و تولید ناخالص داخلی، اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار بر نرخ ازدواج داشته‌اند. از بین متغیرهای موجود در این پژوهش قیمت مسکن، شهرنشینی و تحصیلات موثرترین متغیرها بر ازدواج بوده‌اند. 

the effect of housing prices on marriage in urban areas of iran

although marriage is a personal matter and one of the significant dimensions of social and human development, its economic aspect, particularly the provision of adequate accommodation, is regarded as a critical and fundamental factor in thestability and success of couples. therefore, it is crucial to be aware of the economicand social factors, such as housing prices, that influence marriage and the formationof households, especially youthful households. this research investigates the impactof housing prices on marriage in iran using the ardl method and time series datafrom 1990 to 2021. the findings suggest that the marriage rate is significantly andnegatively influenced by the real housing price, unemployment rate, and educationlevel. conversely, the marriage rate is significantly and positively influenced by theratio of the urban population to the total population and the real gdp. in this study, thevariables that had the greatest impact on marriage were housing price, urbanization,and education.
