تحلیل دلالت‌های اسلام‌گرایی شیعی در افغانستان معاصر و ظرفیت‌سنجی آن در برون‌رفت از وضعیت موجود

هدف: این نوشتار با هدف ‌تحلیل دلالت‌های سیاسی اسلام‌گرایی شیعی به‌عنوان یکی از جریان‌های مهم فکری سیاسی در تاریخ معاصر افغانستان نوشته شده، و در پی پاسخ به‌این پرسش است که این جریان چه دلالت‌هایی را در عرصه سیاسی-اجتماعی افغانستان پردازش می‌کند و از چه وزنی در ساماندهی وضعیت موجود برخوردار است.روش: بررسی این‌ مسئله در چهارچوب و روش «تحلیل دلالتی‌‌مقایسه‌ای» صورت گرفته است. بر اساس ‌رهیافت دلالتی هر اندیشه‌ متضمن دست کم چهار دلالت تبیینی، بنیادین، هنجاری و راهبردی است که هرکدام به‌‌بخشی از مسائل سیاسی می‌پردازد و در مجموع به‌عنوان منظومه‌ به‌هم‌پیوسته طرحی از ایجاد نظم مطلوب و معیار را نشان می‌دهد. این مقاله نیم نگاهی هم به مقایسه این جریان با اکثریت اسلام سیاسی در افغانستان داشته است تا از خلال آن دسترسی به یافته‌های پژوهش ملموس‌تر نشان داده شود.یافته‌ها: اسلام سیاسی شیعی در افغانستان هرچند به‌علت در اقلیت بودن، مورد بی‌توجهی سیستماتیک و عمدی قرارداشته است، در عرصه سیاسی اجتماعی دلالت‌های مهمی را از تبیین بحران تا ارائه بدیل و راهبرد پردازش می‌کند که توجه به‌آن می‌تواند در برون‌رفت از وضعیت  موجود و رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب مد نظر کمک کند.نتیجه­ گیری: یافته‌های پزوهش نشان می دهد که دلالت‌های سیاسی اسلام‌گرایی شیعی آز آنجا که در تبیین  وضعیت موجود بیشتر بر مسائل عینی توجه دارد توانسته است در ارائه بدیل نیز راهکارهای بهتری ارائه نماید. بنابر این نسبت به جریان اکثریت، از ظرفیت بهتری در سامان دهی مطلوب برخوردار بوده و توجه به‌آن می‌تواند در بازبینی تفکر اسلام سیاسی در افغانستان وبرون‌رفت از وضعیت موجود راهگشا باشد.

analysis of the implications of shiite islamism in contemporary afghanistan and its capacity assessment in overcoming the current situation

objective: this paper aims to analyze the political implications of shiite islamism as one of the significant political thought movements in contemporary afghan history. it seeks to answer the question of what implications this movement possesses in the political and social arena of afghanistan and what weight it carries in organizing the current situation.method: the analysis of this issue is conducted within the framework and methods of comparative discourse analysis. based on the conceptual framework, each thought entails at least four implications: explanatory, foundational, normative, and strategic, each addressing part of the political issues and collectively depicting a coherent system for establishing an ideal order and standard. this paper also briefly compares this movement with the majority of political islam in afghanistan to make research findings more tangible.findings: although shiite political islam in afghanistan, due to being a minority, has been subjected to systematic and deliberate neglect, it possesses important implications in the socio-political arena, from explaining crises to offering alternatives and strategies. attention to these implications could aid in overcoming the current situation and achieving the desired ideal condition.conclusion: research findings indicate that the political implications of shiite islamism, given its focus on concrete issues in explaining the current situation, have managed to provide better alternatives. therefore, compared to the majority movement, it possesses greater capacity in organizing positively, and attention to it could facilitate revisiting the thought of political islam in afghanistan and finding solutions to the current problems.
