بحران غزه و تاثیر آن بر تعامل/ تقابل ساختار و کارگزار (مطالعه موردی کشور ترکیه)

هدف: عملیات طوفان الاقصی و در پی آن جنایات رژیم صهیونیستی علیه مردم غزه که از 7 اکتبر 2023 تاکنون ادامه دارد، زمینه‏ تغییر نگرش‏ها و رویکردها در ماهیت عملکردی ساختار و کارگزاری در سطح جهانی را فراهم کرده و این سوال را مطرح کرده است که آیا این مسئله زمینه تقابل یا تعامل ساختار و کارگزاری را در کشورهای مختلف به ویژه کشورهای اسلامی سبب خواهد شد؟روش: در پاسخ به این پرسش، تلاش شد در قالب روش «ردیابی فرایند» و بر اساس چارچوب ساختار و کارگزاری، ضمن بررسی روند کلی این موضوع در کشورهای جهان، کشور ترکیه به صورت مطالعه موردی انتخاب و مورد بررسی و تفحّص قرار گیرد.یافته: یافته پژوهش این است که بحران غزه در عین اینکه در کشورهای مختلف جهان، «افزایش تقابل و تضاد ساختار و کارگزار» را به بار آورد؛ اما این روند در کشورهای اسلامی به‏ویژه ترکیه به صورت دووجهی تعامل/ تقابل بوده است و تداوم بحران غزه در ترکیه، این روند بیشتر تقابلی کرده است.نتیجه گیری: بحران در غزه و تشدید جنایات رژیم صهیونیستی در کشورهای دیگر منطقه، موج انتقادت و اعتراضات را نسبت به سیاستهای دولت حاکم ترکیه تشدید کرده و روند ارتباطی ساختار و کارگزاری را به‏ مراتب بیشتر تقابلی کرده و ممکن است برخلاف سالهای قبل، جامعه ترکیه (کارگزار) به گذار از قلمرو ضرورت، به قلمرو «آنچه خواهد بود» یا «آنچه باید باشد» قدم بردارد؛ و اساساً بخواهد نقش «کنشگری فعال» و «کنشگری استراتژیک» را به درستی و به نحو احسن انجام دهد.

the gaza crisis and its impact on the interaction/ conflict of the structure and agent (turkey case study)

purpose: the al-aqsa storm operation and the subsequent crimes of the zionist regime against the people of gaza, which have been ongoing since october 7, 2023 have provided the basis for changing attitudes and approaches in the functional nature of the structure and agency at the global level and raised the question that will this issue cause confrontation or interaction of structure and agency in different countries, especially islamic countries?method: in response to this question, in the form of process tracing method and based on the framework of structure and agency, while examining the general trend of this issue in the countries of the world, turkey was selected as a case study and investigated.results: the finding of the research is that while the gaza crisis has brought increasing conflict between the structure and the agent in different countries of the world; but this process in islamic countries, especially turkey, has been a two-way interaction/confrontation, and the continuation of the gaza crisis in turkey has made this process more confrontational.conclusion: the crisis in gaza and the intensification of the zionist regime's crimes in other countries of the region have intensified the wave of criticism and protests against the policies of the ruling turkish government and made the process of communication between the structure and the agency even more confrontational. from the realm of necessity, to step into the realm of what will be or what should be; and basically, he wants to perform the role of active activism and strategic activism correctly and effectively.
