احراز نقض فاحش حقوق بشر و ارتکاب جنایات بین المللی علیه مردم غزه قبل و بعد از 7 اکتبر در رویه نهادهای حقوق بشری

هدف: مستندسازی ارتکاب جنایات بین المللی و نقض مستمر حقوق بشر توسط رژیم صهیونیستی در غزه طی چند دهه اخیر که بعد از عملیات 7 اکتبر 2023، با شدت و سرعت بیشتر در حال وقوع است به نحوی که قصد نابودسازی کل مردم غزه نیز از استمرار آن قابل احراز می‌باشد و در راستای تعقیب و پیگیرد رژیم صهیونیستی اقدامی ضروری می‌باشد.روش: این مقاله، از نوع پژوهش توسعه ای است که به روش ترکیبی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) از طریق کتابخانه‌ای به گردآوری داده‌ها می پردازد. روش شناسی تحقیق، تحلیل مضمون کیفی اسناد و گزارشات بین‌المللی ناظر بر مستندات جنایات ارتکابی توسط رژیم صهیونیستی است. یافته ها: ، مردم غزه از سال‌ها قبل، قربانی نقض مستمر حقوق بشر و جنایات بین المللی بوده‌اند و این امر بعد از 7 اکتبر، با تشدید و تسریع در حال وقوع، و ماهیت این جنایات ناظر بر نابودسازی کل مردم غزه برای افکار عمومی جهان عیان گردیده است.نتیجه گیری: تحلیل چرایی انجام عملیات طوفان الاقصی و ماهیت جنایات ارتکابی رژیم صهیونیستی بعد از 7 اکتبر، بدون بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت وخیم حقوق بشر مردم در نواز غزه قبل از این عملیات میسر نخواهد بود. تهاجمات و حملات اخیر اسرائیل با ارکان جنایت نسل کشی، منطبق است و در این وضعیت تمرکز بر ظرفیت های نظام بین المللی معاصر برای احقاق حقوق مردم غزه و مقابله با بی‌کیفرمانی جنایات ارتکابی لازم و ضروری خواهد بود.
