شکاف‌های اجتماعی درون قومی و پیامدهای سیاسی آن در ایران: مطالعه موردی قوم عرب

هدف: گروه‌های قومی در ایران دارای شکاف‌های اجتماعی درونی هستند که بر زیست سیاسی آن‌ها تاثیرگذار است. عرب‌های ساکن ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیستند و علی‌رغم وحدت زبانی و مذهبی دارای برخی شکاف‌های اجتماعی درونی هستند که پیامدهای سیاسی را در سطوح مختلف با خود همراه دارد. بررسی این شکاف‌ها و پیامدهای سیاسی آن دغدغه اصلی این نوشتار است. در همین راستا سوال خود را اینگونه مطرح کردیم که عرب‌های ساکن ایران دارای چه شکاف‌های اجتماعی درون قومی هستند و این شکاف‌ها چه پیامدهای سیاسی برای آن‌ها را بدنبال داشته است؟روش: این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و تکنیک مصاحبه انجام شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد شکاف‌های اجتماعی سنتی و مدرنی مانند شکاف عشیره‌ای ؛ شکاف شهر – عشیره ؛ شکاف‌ نسلی؛ شکاف جنسیتی در کنار برخی شکاف‌های سیاسی مانندشکاف ایدئولوژیک و سازمانی که می‌توان آن ها را ذیل دو کلان شکاف سنت – نوگرایی و شکاف همگرایی – واگرایی دسته‌بندی کرد؛ در میان عرب‌ها باعث شده است که هویت سیاسی عرب‌ها هویتی متکثر باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: از ابتدای شکل ‌گیری جنبش‌های قومی یکی از عوامل مهم در عدم موفقیت برخی جریان‌های تجزیه طلب در همراه کردن همه گروه‌های قومی وجود تکثر درون قومی و جریان‌های سیاسی متنوع درون قومی است.

intra ethnic social cleavages and its political consequences in iran: a case study of the kurd

objective: ethnic groups in iran have internal social cleavages that affect their political life. the arabs living in iran are no exception to this rule and despite their linguistic and religious unity, they have some internal social cleavages that have political consequences at different levels. examining these cleavages and their political consequences is the main concern of this article. therefore, in this regard, we raised the question, what kind of social cleavages do the arabs living in iran have within their ethnicity, and what political consequences did this issue have?method: this article is written using descriptive analytical method and based on library sources and interview technique.findings: to reach this goal, we tried to investigate the historical process of intra ethnic cleavages and its political consequences with the approach of historical sociology and using the technique of library studies along with interviews with researchers. the research results showed traditional and modern social cleavage such as tribal cleavage; city tribe cleavage; generational cleavage; and gender cleavage along with some political cleavages such as ideological and organizational cleavage which can be categorized as modernity and convergence divergence cleavage. these cleavages among the arabs have caused their political identity should be plural.conclusion: from the beginning of the formation of ethnic movements, one of the important factors in the failure of some separatist currents in bringing all ethnic groups together is the existence of intra ethnic pluralism and diverse intra ethnic political currents.
