شناسایی ابعاد ناسیونالیسم قومی بلوچ ها در پاکستان با اتکا به آراء رندال کالینز

کشور پاکستان از بدو تاسیس در سال 1947 با مسئله قومیت بلوچ به‌عنوان مسئله‌ای دارای ابعاد سیاسی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و منطقه‌ای روبه‌رو بوده‌است. متاسفانه پیوستگی جغرافیایی و زبانی واجد تاثیراتی بر وضعیت بلوچ‌ها در ایران نیز بوده‌است، از این رو تحلیل جامعه‌شناختی این مسئله اهمیت دارد.هدف: پژوهش پیش‌رو در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که مسئله قومیت در بلوچستان پاکستان از منظر جامعه‌شناسی خرد و کلان واجد چه ابعادی است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال با استفاده از چهارچوب نظری برگرفته از آرا رندال کالینز تلاش شده به این سوال پاسخ داده شود.روش: در این مقاله از روش تحلیل اسنادی استفاده شده‌است.یافته‌ها: به نظر می‌رسد مولفه‌های مختلفی چون مناسبات استعماری گذشته، استفاده ابزاری از هویت‌ها در دوره استعمار، عنصر ژئوپلتیک، نوع رفتار سرداران و بزرگان طوایف بلوچ، کارکرد دولت مدرن و تصویر شکست‌ها و پیروزی‌های بزرگ و سرنوشت‌ساز بر روی ذهنیت قومیت بلوچ در شکل‌گیری مسئله قومی در بلوچستان پاکستان تاثیرگذار بوده‌است.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به مسائل مربوط به جامعه‌شناسی کلان و خرد به‌صورت هم‌زمان از نقاط قوت چهارچوب نظری کالینز است در عین حال این چارچوب نظری نقاط ضعفی هم دارد که در انتهای مقاله به آن‌ها پرداخته شده‌است. چارچوب نظری برگرفته از آرا کالینز قادر است ریشه‌های شکل‌گیری، استمرار و حتی آینده مسئله قومیت بلوچ در بلوچستان پاکستان را به‌خوبی توضیح دهد. این پژوهش از جمله تحقیقات کیفی است که قصد دارد یک مورد مطالعاتی را به‌صورت عمیق مورد مطالعه قرار دهد.

identifying the dimensions of baloch ethnic nationalism in pakistan by relying on the opinions of randall collins

since its establishment in 1947, pakistan has faced the issue of baloch ethnicity as a problem with political, security, economic and regional dimensions. unfortunately, the geographical and linguistic continuity has also had an impact on the situation of the baloch people in iran, hence the sociological analysis of this issue is important.purpose: the leading research seeks to answer the question, what are the dimensions of the issue of ethnicity in pakistan’s balochistan from the point of view of micro and macro sociology? in order to answer this question, an attempt has been made to answer this question by using the theoretical framework taken from ara randall collins.method: document analysis method is used in this article.results: it seems that various components such as past colonial relations, the instrumental use of identities in the colonial period, geopolitical element, the behavior of the chiefs and elders of baloch tribes, the functioning of the modern government and the image of defeats and great and decisive victories on the mentality of the baloch ethnicity in the formation of the problem qoumi has been influential in baluchistan, pakistan.conclusion: paying attention to issues related to macro and micro sociology simultaneously is one of the strengths of collins’ theoretical framework. the theoretical framework derived from ara collins is able to explain well the origins of the formation, continuation and even the future of the baloch ethnicity issue in balochistan, pakistan. this research is one of the qualitative researches that intends to study a case study in depth.
