ارزیابی قدرت نرم چین در منطقه خاورمیانه عربی

هدف: هدف مشخص در این مقاله، درک ماهیت قدرت نرم چین به لحاظ موضوعی می‌باشد که در بستر مکانی خاورمیانه عربی و دامنه زمانی شروع فعالیت موسسات کنفوسیوسی در این منطقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای پرداختن به هدف مقاله، ما با یک زمینه نظری و مفهومی گسترده شروع می کنیم که مفهوم قدرت نرم و به ویژه جنبه آموزشی آن را بررسی می کند و به دنبال آن، ویژگی های خاص کشور چین را استوار بر موسسات کنفوسیوس ارزیابی می کنیم.روش: با توجه به هدف و موضوع مقاله، از روش تحقیق تبیینی برای درک مسئله استفاده می‌شود. بنابراین، بررسی وضعیت متغیرها و روابط بین آن‌ها در محیطی خاص مورد نظر است؛ بدین اعتبار ابتدا هریک از متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته توصیف می‌شوند و سپس رابطه بین این دو متغیر، مورد تحلیل و تبیین قرار می‌گیرد.یافته‌ها: بررسی و یافته های پژوهش؛ متکی به نوع پاسخ ها نسبت به عملکرد موسسات می‌باشد و به این برداشت رهنمون شده است که موسسات کنفوسیوس، به‌عنوان ابزاری از قدرت نرم چینی و بخشی از شبکه نفوذ، به‌طور موثر در خاورمیانه عربی نفوذ کرده‌اند و بدون پیامد منفی و انتقاد قابل‌ توجه در سطوح عرضه و تقاضا، مشارکت و حمایت دولت های منطقه مورد استقبال قرار گرفته اند.نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی و تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها، به این نتیجه می‌رسد که موسسات کنفوسیوس، به‌عنوان ابزاری از قدرت نرم چین، به‌طور موثری در خاورمیانه عربی نفوذ کرده و سیاست‌گذاران، اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌ها و دانشجویان، تقریباً بدون انتقاد قابل ‌توجهی، از این موسسات استقبال کرده‌اند.

assessment of china's soft power in the region of arabic middle east

objective: the specific purpose of this article is to understand the nature of china’s soft power in terms of the subject matter that has been studied in the spatial context of the arabic middle east and the time span of the activities of confucian institutions in this region. to address the purpose of the article, we begin with a broad theoretical and conceptual context that examines the concept of soft power, especially its educational aspect, and then evaluates the specific characteristics of china based on confucius institutions.method: depending on the purpose and subject of the article, explanatory research method is used to understand the problem. therefore, it is desirable to examine the status of variables and the relationships between them in a particular environment; in this regard, each of the independent and dependent variables are described first and then the relationship between these two variables is analyzed and explained.results: the findings of the study rely on the type of responses to the performance of institutions and have led to the perception that confucius institutions, as a tool of chinese soft power and part of the network of influence, have effectively penetrated the arabic middle east and without the negative consequences and significant criticism at the supply and demand levels, the participation and support of the governments of the region have been welcomed.conclusion: this analysis of the data concludes that the confucius institutions, as a tool of china’s soft power, have effectively penetrated the arabic middle east, and that policymakers, faculty members, and students have welcomed these institutions almost without much criticism.
