واکاوی کمالیسم و بازتاب های آن در اقتصاد سیاسی معاصر ترکیه

هدف: کمالیسم، ایدئولوژی دولتی مورد ترویج و پیروی در جمهوری ترکیه، به خصوص در سال های آغازین تاسیس آن بوده است. با صعود حزب عدالت و توسعه یا حزب سفید، با ریشه هایی اسلام گرایانه، در هرم قدرت این کشور از اوایل هزاره سوم میلادی، برخی چالش ها میان کنش های سیاست مداران با اصول کمالیسم به وجود آمد؛ زیرا نظام اندیشگانی یادشده، بر سکولاریسم بنا شده بود. یکی از مهم ترین عرصه ها که لزوم بررسی وجود یا فقدان چالش های بنیادین در این زمینه در آن روشن است، اقتصاد سیاسی است. این پژوهش، با هدف تحلیل ارتباط اصول کمالیسم با برجسته ترین روندهای اقتصاد سیاسی ترکیه در دهه های اخیر، به ارائه داده های مورد نیاز در این زمینه و تحلیل آن ها اختصاص یافته است.روش: آغاز بازه ی زمانی پژوهش کنونی، تاسیس مهم ترین سلف حزب سفید، یعنی حزب رفاه، در سال 1987 میلادی است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام گرفته است.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند که در اقتصاد سیاسی جمهوری ترکیه در دهه های اخیر، جایگاه اصول کمالیستی مردم گرایی، جمهوری خواهی، سکولاریسم و اصلاح طلبی و انقلابی گری، دستخوش افول قابل توجهی نبوده اند و در بازه مذکور، تنها تضعیف دو اصل ملی گرایی و دولت گرایی قابل مشاهده است.نتیجه گیری: اغلب اصول تشکیل دهنده ایدئولوژی کمالیسم، همچنان در عرصه های گوناگون اقتصاد سیاسی معاصر ترکیه جریان داشته اند.

Analysis of Kemalism and Its Reflections in the Contemporary Political Economy of Turkey

Objective: Kemalism was a state ideology promoted and followed in the Republic of Turkey, especially in the early years of its establishment. With the rise of Justice and Development Party or the White Party, with its Islamist roots, in the pyramid of power from the beginning of the 3rd millennium AD, some challenges arose between the actions of politicians and the principles of Kemalism; since the mentioned system of thoughts was based on secularism. One of the most important areas, with an obvious need to examine the existence or absence of such fundamental challenges, is political economy. This study, aiming to analyze the relationship between Kemalism and the most prominent trends in the Turkish political economy in recent decades, provides the necessary data and evaluates that in this regard.Method: The beginning of the period surveyed in this research, is the establishment of the Welfare Party in 1987. This study has been conducted by descriptiveanalytical method.Findings: Findings of this research show that in the political economy of Turkey in recent decades, the position of Kemalist principles of populism, republicanism, secularism, and revolutionism have not declined significantly, while the weakening of just two principles of nationalism and statism are visible.Conclusion: Most of the principles making up the Kemalism ideology have still been current in various areas of contemporary political economy of Turkey.
