ایدئولوژیزه کردنِ مذهب: اندیشه و عملِ خشونت در سلفیسم جهادی

هدف: مقاله حاضر درصدد ارائه تحلیلی کاربردی در خصوص نقش نظام معنایی در تکوین، توجیه و پیشبرد کنش خشونت آمیز گروه های سلفی رادیکال است. در این راستا، پرسش اصلی این است که چگونه می توان تبیینی از «نحوه اتصال» خشونت سیاسی به مذهب ارائه داد؟ روش: مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی داده های گردآوری شده از منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی می پردازد و در قالب یک چارچوب تحلیلیِ ایدئولوژی شناسانه سامان می دهد؛ زیرا بر این فرض است که مکانیسم اتصال خشونت سیاسی به مذهب را می بایست در «ایدئولوژیزه کردنِ مذهب» سراغ گرفت. یافته ها: با تقلیل یافتن مذهب به ایدئولوژی در اثر روش شناسیِ ظاهرگرایانه سلفیسم جهادی، خشونت نه تنها به لحاظ نظری از «توجیه یا تجویز» مذهبی برخوردار می شود، بلکه «نحوه اِعمال» آن نیز در قالب فقه التکفیر تصریح می گردد. بدین منظور، مقاله حاضر پس از تحلیل خشونت سیاسی به منزله دلالت ایدئولوژی سلفیسم جهادی، سه مفهوم نکایه (تخریب)، توحش (ارعاب) و تمکین (استقرار) را متذکر می شود. مفاهیمی که همچون «دستورالعمل های فقهی» در جهت «استراتژی سیاسیِ» کسب، حفظ و گسترش سیادت به کار سَلَفی های جهادی می آیند.  نتیجه گیری: این تحلیلِ ایدئولوژی شناسانه، تبیینی از «سیاست خشونتِ» سلفیسم جهادی به مثابه آمیزه ای از جهان بینی سنتی (آموزه های سلفی) و پدیدار مدرن (عقلانیت ابزاری معطوف به سلطه) به دست می دهد. تجربه داعش، مصادیق مناسبی برای تبیین این فرض در اختیار می نهد.

Ideologization of the Religion: The Thought and Practice of Violence in Jihadi Salafism

Objective: Aiming to give an applied analysis on the significance of ‘meaning system’ in the genesis, justification and direction of violent actions of Salafi radical groups, the present paper seeks to address the main question that ‘how can one relates political violence to religion’?    Method: Building ona descriptive analytical method for analyzing the data collected from library and internet resources, the paper articulates the data in a theoretical framework extracted from ideology studies. It is because the paper hypothesizes that the linkage between violence and religion in Jihadi Salafism might be found in the ideologization of the religion. Findings: Due to the reduction of religion to an ideology within Salafi fundamentalist / mythical approach, not only violence might be theoretically justified but also accompanied by some jurisprudential patterns for implementation. To explain, the paper initiates by highlighting the mechanism of justification of violence according to the radical Salafi worldview. Then, it concentrates on Nekayeh (destruction), Tavahosh (savagery), and Tamkin (establishment) as jurisprudential concepts, pointing to the justifiability of brutality as the necessary step in constructing the sovereignty, which actually serves jihadists` political strategy of obtaining, maintaining, and expanding the hegemony. Conclusion: The paper maintains that adapting such a theoretical framework helps to articulate the ‘politics of violence’ in Jihadi Salafism as a combinative phenomenon; containing both the traditional worldview (Salafism) and modern phenomenon (instrumental rationality aiming at domination). ISIS`s performance would provide relevant examples.
