تحلیلی بر نقش مرزهای زمینی خط چین بین المللی در مناقشات میان کشورها در قلمروهای اسلامی

مرز پدیده‌ای است که باعث می‌شود سرزمین و مکان جغرافیایی از مکان دیگری جدا شود و حدود آن مشخص شود. مرز را از پدیده‌های جدید در روابط میان کشورها عنوان کرده‌اند. مرز به‌عنوان خطی است که صلاحیت اداری یا یک فضای محله با فضای محله دیگری را تفکیک یا ترسیم می‌کند. مطالعه مرز در گفتمان دانشگاهی کاملاً جدید بوده است، اما تاثیر آن به اندازه عمر انسان است. کارکردهای مرزها در روابط میان کشورها، مختلف استو مرزها انواع مختلفی دارند. وقتی به نقشه سیاسی جهان نگاه می‌کنیم مشاهده می‌شود که برخی از مرزهای زمینی میان کشورها، به شکل خط‌چین هستند. این مرزها درواقع، مرزهایی هستند که هنوز بر سر آن‌ها میان کشورهای همسایه در دو طرف مرز، اختلافات و چالش‌هایی وجود دارند. در این مقاله با روش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی به تحلیل نقش مرزهای زمینی بین‌المللی به‌ویژه مرزهای خط‌چین در ایجاد مناقشات میان کشورها در قلمروهای اسلامی پرداخته شده است که به‌طور موردی وضعیت مرزهای میان کشورهای چین، هند و پاکستان مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که با توجه به اینکه در قرن کنونی، با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و توسعه فرهنگی در میان کشورهای جهان و شکل‌گیری گفتمان اقتصادی و شناخت بیشتر دولت‌ها از همدیگر روبرو هستیم، ولی کماکان، مرزهای زمینی در ایجاد چالش و مناقشات سیاسی امنیتی میان دولت‌ها و جوامع، نقش دارند و بعضاً باعث نزاع و درگیری میان مرزنشینان می‌شوند. این مسئله در آسیای جنوبی (چین، هند و پاکستان) در قلمروهای سرزمین‌های اسلامی همچنان پابرجا است.

An Analysis of the Role of International Land Borders Dashed Line in Disputes between Countries in Islamic Territories

The Boundary is a Phenomenon that Causes the Land and Geographic Location to be Separated from each other and to be Determined. The Study of the Boundary in the Academic Discourse has been completely new, but its Effect is as much as Human Life. The Functions of the Borders are different in Relations between Countries, and Borders have Different Types. When we look at the Political map of the World, it is observed that some of the Land Borders between Countries are Dashed Line. These Borders are, in fact, the Borders that still exist between the Neighboring Countries on the two Sides of the Border, Disputes and Challenges. In this paper, a Qualitative Method with a DescriptiveAnalytical Approach has been developed to examine the Role of International Land Borders, in Particular the Dashed line Boundaries, in Creating Conflicts among Countries. In Some Cases, the Status of Borders between the Countries of China, India and Pakistan has been examined. The Results of the Research show that, in View of the fact that in the Current Century, the Advancement of Technology and the development of Cultures among the Countries of the world, the Formation of Economic Discourse and the Recognition of more States from each other, We faced, but the land Borders Still Play a role in Creating a Challenge and Controversy PoliticalSecurity between Governments and Societies, and Sometimes cause Conflicts among the Border Landers.
