تحلیل مضمون آثار اقتدار ملی در بیانات آیت الله خامنه ای و مبانی قرآنی آن

اقتدار، مبحثی راهبردی و نیاز مبرم حکومت‌ها است. از مهم‌ترین عواملی که در اقتدار ملی اثرگذار است، رهبر جامعه است. پس از رحلت امام خمینی(ره) تاکنون، رهبری ایران اسلامی بر عهده‌ی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای است. اقتدار از منظر ایشان بسیار مورد توجه بوده است و آثار مهمی دربردارد. اثر حاضر، پژوهشی توصیفیاکتشافی است که با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار maxqda، آثار اقتدار ملی را در بیانات معظم‌له بررسی و مبانی قرآنی آن را استخراج نموده است. دستیابی به اهداف و منافع اثری است که اقتدار ملی در بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در پی دارد که خود به دو بخش داخلی و خارجی تقسیم می‌شود. آثار داخلی به‌ترتیب فزونی شامل: برقراری امنیت، ایجاد عزت و عظمت، بقاء و ثبات کشور، برپایی دین و اخلاق و حرکت و پیشرفت کشور است. آثار خارجی نیز به ترتیب شامل: تاثیر بر دشمن، تاثیر بر دیگر ملل و تاثیر بر مناسبات و روابط بین‌الملل است.

Thematic analysis of the effects of national authority in Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements and its Quranic principles

Authority is a strategic issue and an urgent need of governments. One of the most important factors influencing national authority is the leader of society. Since the death of Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Khamenei has been the leader of Islamic Iran. Authority has been very important from his point of view and has important effects. The present work is a descriptiveexploratory research that has studied the effects of national authority in His Holiness’s statements and extracted its Quranic principles using the content analysis process and MAXQDA software. Achieving goals and interests is the effect of national authority on Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements, which is itself divided into internal and external parts. Internal works are increasingly included: establishing security, creating dignity and grandeur, survival and stability of the country, establishing religion and ethics, and moving and progressing the country. External effects also include: influencing the enemy, influencing other nations, and influencing international relations, respectively.
