عوامل موثر در توسعه مدیریت جهادی در آینده انقلاب اسلامی

مدیریت جهادی، یک سبک مدیریتی برگرفته از مدیریت اسلامی است که کلیه اصول، مبانی و مولفه های آن منطبق با مبانی، اصول و مدیریت اسلامی است و وجه ممیزی آن با مدیریت اسلامی، برجسته بودن روحیه مبارزه گری، ایثار و از خودگذشتگی و در نهایت ذوب اراده انسان در اراده الهی است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و شیوه آن توصیفی-پیمایشی با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی است. هدف از این پژوهش« شناسایی عوامل موثر در توسعه مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامیی آینده» است. حجم نمونه آماری این پژوهش را  25 نفر از خبرگان وصاحب نظران مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامی ایران تشکیل داده اند. محققین در پاسخ به این سوال که عوامل موثر در توسعه مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامیی آینده چه می باشد؟ فرم مصاحبه ای را دررابطه با متغیرهای تحقیق تهیه و پس از توزیع و جمع آوری، تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده بیانگر آن است که عوامل موثر در ارتقای مدیریت جهادی در انقلاب اسلامی آینده دارای دو بعد فردی و سازمانی است که مولفه ها و شاخصه های احصاء این دو پژوهش آورده شده است. شایان ذکر است اعتبار بدست آمده با استفاده از فرمول هالستی (0.93) بیانگر این است که فرم مصاحبه از اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است.

Factors influencing the development of jihadi management in the future of the Islamic Revolution

Researchers in response to the question of what are the factors influencing the development of jihadi management in the future Islamic Revolution? Prepare an interview form in relation to the research variables and after distributing and collecting, analyzing the collected information indicates that the effective factors in promoting jihadi management in the future Islamic Revolution have two dimensions, individual and organizational. And the statistical characteristics of these two studies are given. It is worth mentioning that the validity obtained using the Hallstiw formula (0.93) indicates that the interview form has a high validity.
