بازخوانی مسئله امنیت فرهنگی در نظام سیاسی مردم‌سالاری دینی (با تاکید بر بینش، نگرش و کنش مقام معظم رهبری)

ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺪﻧﯽاﻟﻄﺒﻊ ﺑﻮدن ﻧﻮع ﺑﺸﺮ، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﻄﺮی در ﻃﻮل ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ در اﺑﻌﺎد و ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، ادﯾﺎن، ﻣﮑﺎﺗﺐ و اﯾﺪﺋﻮﻟﻮژیﻫﺎ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺜﺒﯿﺖ، ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﮕﯽ و دﻏﺪﻏﻪﻣﻨﺪی ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ در اﺑﻌﺎد و ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آن ﺑﻪﻃﻮر اﺧﺺ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻏﯿﺮه ﻗﺎﺑﻞاﻧﮑﺎری در ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری و ﺿﺮورت ﻧﻈﻢ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺣﯿﺎت ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و دﺳﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺎدی ﻣﻌﻨﻮی در ﻫﻤﻪ ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎی ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ دارد و داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ .در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻠﺎش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای اﺳﻨﺎدی ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﺎت رﻫﺒﺮ اﻧﻘﻠﺎب ﺑﻪ واﺷﮑﺎﻓﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﻧﻈﺎم ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﺟﻤﻬﻮری اﺳﻠﺎﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮآن اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺆال ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﻪ ﻓﮑﺮی و ﻧﮕﺎه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮی، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﭼﻪ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎﻫﯽ دارد؟ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ واﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد؟ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻫﻤﻮاره در ﺗﺌﻮریﻫﺎ و ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪﭘﺮدازیﻫﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺤﻮرﯾﺖ و ﺷﺎﮐﻠﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎردﻫﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ ﻧﻈﺎم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ، اﺧﯿﺮاً ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺮحﺷﺪن ﭘﺎرداﯾﻢ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽﺷﺪن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و رﺷﺪ ﻓﻨﺎوریﻫﺎی ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﻃﻠﺎﻋﺎﺗﯽ، ﺑﺮ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ آن اﻓﺰوده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﻧﻘﻠﺎب اﺳﻠﺎﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺮﮐﺖ و ﺟﻨﺒﺸﯽ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت وﯾﮋه ﺗﻮﺟﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

Reflecting on the Issue of Cultural Security in the Religious Democratic Political System (Emphasizing the Supreme Leader’s Insights, Attitudes, and Actions)

According to the civilization of humankind, security has been the focus of all political systems, religions, schools, and ideologies throughout history, at various levels and levels. Consolidation, institutionalization, and concern for the security issue at various levels and levels, in particular the cultural dimension at the community level, play an indispensable role in the sustainability and necessity of social order, favorable political life, and the attainment of material and spiritual development in all political systems. In this research, it has been attempted to analyze and analyze cultural revolution in the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran by descriptiveanalytical method and librarydocumentary studies by analyzing the statements of the leader of the revolution. In this regard, efforts are being made to answer the question of what is the cultural security of the supreme leadership’s thinking and management system. How is the ratio of culture and security assessed? The findings of the study indicate that culture has always been a central focus of theories and theories of social system organization and organization in social management theories and theories. The Islamic Revolution of Iran as a movement and cultural movement has paid special attention to this issue. In various statements and works of the revolutionary leader, most of the social disturbances, problems and anomalies have been caused by disorder and chaos in the cultural base of the country; Ethics, spirituality, rationality, in the form of jihadism, selfservice, IranianIslamic lifestyle, modern Islamic civilization, fire are available to all segments of society.
