بازدارندگی شبکه‌ای و بایسته‌های سیاست خارجی ج.ا.ایران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

یکی از محورهای مهم «بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی» توجه به «گذشته» برای برداشتن «گام‌های استوار در آینده» است. موضوعی که در حوزه‌های مختلف به خصوص روابط خارجی مورد تاکید بوده است. مروری بر متن بیانیه نشان می‌دهد، تاکید بر تداوم و تشدید «عزت ملی و مرزبندی با دشمن» در گام دوم انقلاب در اصل ناظر بر پایه‌های این امر است که در محورهایی چون «ایستادگی روزافزون در برابر قلدران و زورگویان و مستکبران جهان» در گام نخست انقلاب گذارده شده است. از آنجائیکه تداوم تقابل با نظام سلطه یکی از رسالت‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گام دوم انقلاب است، استفاده از تجربیات گذشته امری ضروری است. با توجه به اینکه بهره‌مندی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از سیاست بازدارندگی شبکه‌ای محور اصلی تقابل با رژیم صهیونیستی به عنوان اهرم اصلی نظام سلطه در منطقه غرب آسیا در طول چهار دهه اول انقلاب بوده، لذا در این مقاله با کاربست روش توصیفی–تحلیلی، پس از تبیین نظری نوع نقش‌آفرینی حزب‌الله لبنان به عنوان یک الگوی موفق در این سیاست، پیشنهاداتی برای سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی در گام دوم ارائه شده است.

Network deterrence and the requirements of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the second step of the Islamic Revolution

One of the important axes of the &Statement of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution& is to pay attention to the &past& in order to take &firm steps in the future&. This issue has been emphasized in various fields, especially foreign relations. A review of the text of the statement shows that the emphasis on the continuation and intensification of &national dignity and demarcation with the enemy& in the second step of the revolution is basically based on the fact that in areas such as &increasing resistance against bullies, oppressors and arrogants of the world& First is the revolution. Since the continuation of the confrontation with the system of domination is one of the missions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the second step of the revolution, it is necessary to use the past experiences. Considering that the benefit of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the policy of deterrence of networks is the main axis of confrontation with the Zionist regime as the main lever of the domination system in West Asia during the first four decades of the revolution, so in this article using descriptiveanalytical method, after explanation Theoretically, the role of Hezbollah in Lebanon, as a successful model in this policy, suggestions for the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic are presented in the second step.
