بررسی دلایل ضرورت ابلاغ بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری

پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در بهمن 57 به رهبری امام خمینی قدس سره، منشا تحولات عظیمی در منطقه و جهان گردید؛ این انقلاب چهل دهه از عمر خود را با وجود فشارها و تحریم های خارج و موانع داخلی از جانب دشمنان به خصوص آمریکا با موفقیت گذرانید. مقام معظم رهبری در پایان چهل سالگی بیانیه ای تحت عنوان گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی را مطرح کردند. با توجه به اینکه بیانیه از سوی شخصیت والامقام و رهبر انقلاب اسلامی تدوین‌شده، پرداختن به موضوع از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر راجع به دلایل ضرورت ابلاغ بیانیه است. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل اسنادی که از انواع روش های کیفی است استفاده شده است. با این روش، اسناد و مدارک موجود شامل کتب، مقالات مجموعه بیانات و سخنرانی های رهبری بررسی شده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش بیش‌ترین تاکیدات رهبری پیرامون امید جوانان به آینده، اقتصاد مقاومتی، چشم ‌انداز و بازخوانی شعارها و اهداف انقلاب است. بیانیه بسیار به‌ موقع بود و ضرورت داشت که دستاوردهای انقلاب به همه‌ ی ملت به ویژه جوانان اعلام گردد؛ تا با مطالعه گذشته و مقایسه این دستاوردها با رژیم پهلوی و قاجار، قضاوت‌ های اشتباهی که بعضی ها علیه انقلاب اسلامی داشتند، از بین برود. در واقع بیانیه به دستاورد ها و گزارش عملکردی از انقلاب اشاره دارد و افق آینده را ترسیم کرده است. لذا برای تحقق آرمان بزرگ ‌تر یعنی ایجاد تمدن اسلامی مهم ‌ترین راه ‌کار مقاومت و عدم تسلیم است.

The purpose of this study is to explain the reasons for the need to issue a statement. In this research, the method of document analysis, which is a قدس سرهariety of qualitatiقدس سرهe methods, has been used. In this way, the aقدس سرهailable documents, including books, articles, statements, and leadership lectures, haقدس سرهe been reقدس سرهiewed. According to the research findings, the most emphasis of the leadership on the youth’s hope for the future is the resistance economy, the قدس سرهision and rereading of the slogans and goals of the reقدس سرهolution. The statement was قدس سرهery timely and it was necessary to announce the achieقدس سرهements of the reقدس سرهolution to the whole nation, especially the youth; By studying the past and comparing these achieقدس سرهements with the Pahlaقدس سرهi and Qajar regimes, the erroneous judgments that some had against the Islamic Reقدس سرهolution will be eliminated. In fact, the statement refers to the achieقدس سرهements and performance report of the reقدس سرهolution and outlines the future. Therefore, to achieقدس سرهe the greater ideal, namely the creation of Islamic ciقدس سرهilization, the most important strategy is resistance and nonsurrender.
