نقش و چگونگی رهبری حضرت امام خمینی(ره) در بسیج مردمی در فرآیند انقلاب اسلامی

میزان توفیق یا عدم توفیق نهضت‌های انقلابی تا حدِ قابل توجهی به میزان بسیج توده‌ها در روند مبارزات انقلابی بستگی دارد. در پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی ایران نیز، توده مردم نقش بسزایی ایفاء کرده‌اند. با این حال، فهم بازیگری مردم در روند ِانقلاب، بدون ِشناخت ِنقش عنصر رهبری و چگونگی آن، در جهت دهی و بسیج‌گری مردم ممکن نیست. این مقاله با روش کیفی و از نوع تحلیل اسنادی درصدد پاسخ به این سوال اصلی است: «امام خمینی ره به عنوان رهبر انقلاب اسلامی چگونه مبادرت به بسیج ِمردم در فرآیند انقلاب کرد؟».امام خمینی ره  به عنوان رهبر و استراتژیست انقلاب، محور برنامه مبارزاتی خود را بر  بیدارسازی و  آگاهی بخشی به مردم استوار کرد و در راستای بسیج مردم، اقدام به اتخاذ استرات‍ژی‌هایی نظیر همذات‌پنداری با مردم و اعتماد به آنان، بهره‌گیری از ادبیات و آیین‌های نمادین مذهبی برای بسیج سیاسی مردم، تاکید بر ارتباطات و آگاهی‌بخشی، مردم‌گرایی و مقاومت منفی و تاکید برعدم خشونت کرد.

The Role and Quality of Imam Khomeini’s Leadership in Mobilizing People in the Islamic Revolution

The triumph or fiasco of the revolutionary movements largely depends upon the extent of mobilization of the masses in the process of revolutionary struggle. In the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the masses have played an important role. However, it is not possible to understand the role of the people in the process of revolution without knowing the role and quality of the leadership and how to mobilize the people. This article is a qualitative and documentary analysis that seeks to answer the key question: &How did Imam Khomeini, as the leader of the Islamic Revolution, mobilize the people in the process of revolution?& As the leader and strategist of the revolution, Imam Khomeini based his campaign program on these pillars: awakening and informing the people; in order to mobilize the people, adopted strategies such as identifying with the people and trusting them; utilized religious literature and traditions to mobilize people politically; emphasized on communication and awareness; humanism and negative resistance and the emphasis on nonviolence.
