چکیده
|
جوامع مختلف برای قرار گرفتن در مسیر بهبود شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی خود نیازمند فراهم نمودن زمینه های رشد و توسعه هستند و یکی از عوامل موثر بر رشد و توسعه هر جامعه ای تحول در ساختارهای علمی کشور و گسترش دانش به ویژه در حوزه علوم انسانی است. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. یافتن موانع فرهنگی توسعه علوم انسانی در ایران نیازمند واکاوی دقیق ویژگی های فرهنگی کشورمان است. سئوال این است که عوامل فرهنگی چه نقشی در توسعه نیافتگی علوم انسانی در ایران دارند؟ فرضیه عبارت است از این که: فرهنگ خودنمایی، فردگرایی و اهمیت مدرک برای کسب پرستیژ اجتماعی و موقعیت اقتصادی از مهمترین موانع فرهنگی توسعه علمی ایران در حوزه علوم انسانی است. برای تبیین توسعه علمی و نیز موانع رسیدن به آن نیازمند بهره گیری از یک چارچوب نظری مناسب هستیم. چارچوب نونهادگرایی برای تحلیل این مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.

Abstract
|
Different societies need to provide growth and development in order to be on the path of improving their social and economic conditions and one of the factors influencing the growth and development of any society in the transformation of scientific structures of the country and the expansion of knowledge especially in the Humanities field. The Islamic Republic of Iran is no exception. Finding cultural barriers to the development of the humanities in Iran requires careful analysis of the cultural characteristics of our country. The question is, what role do cultural factors play in the underdeveloped humanities in Iran? The hypothesis is that: The culture of selfexpression, individualism, and the importance of university degrees for social prestige and economic standing are among the most important cultural barriers to Iranian scientific development. We need to use an appropriate theoretical framework to explain the scientific development and the obstacles to achieving it. The neostructuralism framework is used for analyzing in this article.
