   اثر پرایمینگ بذر با پراکسید هیدروژن بر مولفه های جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه گندم (triticum aestivum l) در شرایط تنش شوری

چکیده    ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎی ﻏﯿﺮزﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺑﻪوﯾﮋه ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﮏ و ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﮏ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ رﺷﺪ و ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺼﻮرت آﺑﯿﺎری ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ 0/4 و ﺑﺎ ﺷﻮری 4 و 8 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻧﻤﮏ nacl و ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﺪم ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر در ﻣﺤﻠﻮل 25 و 50 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر ﺑﻮد. در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ، ﺻﻔﺎت درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ، ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری و ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺑﺮﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری و ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺠﺰ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل و ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ آب ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد 50 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻮری 8 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ و ﻋﺪم ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﭘﺮﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد 50 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن و ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﺷﻮری ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻄﻮرﮐﻠﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﺪروژن در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮد و اﯾﻦ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ راﻫﮑﺎر در ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﺑﻬﺘﺮ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.

   effect of seed priming with hydrogen peroxide on germination indices and seedling growth of wheat (triticum aestivum l.) under salt stress condition

Abstract    abiotic stresses, especially salinity stress in arid and semi-arid regions, reduce the growth and productivity of plants. seed priming is one of the techniques for improving seed germination, which leads to improved germination, seedling growth, and ultimately leads to better establishment of the plant. this research was conducted as a factorial in a completely randomized design with four replications. the studied treatments include salinity stress in the form of irrigation with normal water (0.4) and with salinity of 4 and 8 ds/m of nacl salt and seed priming with hydrogen peroxide, including no priming and seed priming in 25 and 50 mm solutions. in this experiment, the traits of germination percentage, germination rate, root length, stem length, root dry matter, stem dry matter and seed vigor index were investigated. in this research, the effect of salinity stress and hydrogen peroxide was significant on all investigated traits. the interaction effect of salinity stress and hydrogen peroxide on the studied traits was significant except germination rate. the maximum percentage of germination, length and dry matter of root and stem and seed vigor index was obtained under absence of stress (normal water) and application of 50 mm hydrogen peroxide and the minimum was under salinity of 8 ds/m and no application hydrogen peroxide. the maximum germination rate was obtained in the 50 mm hydrogen peroxide and no salt stress. in general, the results showed that the use of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of salinity stress was effective through the improvement of indices, and this can be considered as a strategy for better and proper seedling establishment.
