بررسی عوامل موثر بر تایید مزارع تولید کنندگان طبقات بذری غلات در استان خراسان رضوی

تولید بذر غلات از جمله گندم و جو به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین محصولات استراتژیک، گسترده‌ترین چرخه تولید بذر در کشور را تشکیل می‌دهد یکی از اهداف بسیار مهم در بخش کشاورزی، تولید و توزیع بذور استاندارد و گواهی شده غلات در سطح وسیع می باشد. به‌همین منظور سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و بخش خصوصی در سطح استان خراسان رضوی اقدام به عقد قرارداد با پیمانکارانی که شرایط لازم را برای تولید بذر غلات داشته باشند نموده و در طول دوره رشد، کارشناسان فنی مربوطه اقدام به بازدیدهای متناوب از مزارع جهت تایید مزارع تکثیر بذر می نمایند. مشکل مهمی که در این رابطه وجود دارد این است که همه ساله در حدود 30 درصد از این مزارع علیرغم صرف هزینه بالا به دلایل مختلف تایید نمی گردند. بنابراین هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل اقتصادی و مدیریتی موثر بر تایید مزارع تولیدکنندگان بذری گندم و جو می باشد. در تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از داده‌های مقطعی سال زراعی 92 -1391 و با بهره‌گیری از الگوی لاجیت، عوامل موثر بر تایید مزارع بذری گندم و جو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات، کل سطح زیرکشت بذری، استفاده از کارشناس فنی، رضایت از قیمت محصول بذری و رضایت از نحوه پرداخت وجه توسط شرکت‌های خرید بذر دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار، و متغیر تعداد قطعات کشت نیز دارای رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار با متغیر وابسته تایید مزارع بذری می‌باشند.

EFFECT OF SOCIOECONOMIC FACTORS ON CERTIFYING CEREAL SEED CLASSES FARMS (EVIDENCE FROM IRAN)

The production of cereal seeds including wheat and barley as one of the most important strategic products is the largest seed production cycle in the country. One of the most important goals in the agricultural sector is the production and distribution of standardized and certified grain crops in a wide range. In this regard, the Agricultural Jihad organization and the private sector in Khorasan Razavi province have signed contract with the contractors who have the necessary conditions for the production of cereal seeds. During the growth period, the relevant technical experts conducted alternate visits to the farms to confirm seed propagation farms. The important problem with this is that around 30% of these farms do not endorse for many reasons, despite the high cost. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the economic and management factors affecting the confirmation of wheat and barley seed producers’ farms. In the present study, by using crosssectional data of 139192 and using Logit model, the factors affecting the confirmation of wheat and barley fields were investigated. The results showed that the variables of education level, total cropping area, use of technical experts, satisfaction of seed price and satisfaction of payment method by seed purchase companies had a positive and significant relationship, and the number of cultivars had a negative and significant relationship With dependent variable, confirmation of seed farms.
