تاثیر قارچ تریکودرما بر سلامت غده‌های بذری تولیدی ارقام سیب‏زمینی تحت بیماری رایزوکتونیای سیب‏زمینی در شرایط گلخانه

به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر تیمار قارچ trichoderma بر تولید غده‏های بذری سیب‏زمینی در حضور بیمارگر rhizoctoniasolani از ‏مایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‏های کامل تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل در 3 تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای این پژوهش شامل 3 جدایه قارچ‌های تریکودرما trichoderma harzianum (tr)، trichoderma virens(tr2)، trichoderma atroviride (tr3)، قارچ بیمارگرrhizoctoniasolani ag3، و ‏ارقام سیب‏زمینی شامل آگریا و ‏سانته تهیه شده از ‏ موسسه ثبت و ‏گواهی نهال و ‏بذر بود. صفات اندازهگیری شده در این از ‏مایش شامل وزن خشک ریشه، ساقه، استولون، وزن تر ریزغده، تعداد ریزغده و ‏استولون و ‏همچنین شدت بیماری‌زایی غده ناشی از ‏ black scurf بود. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از ‏ تیمار trichoderma توانست تاثیر معنی‌داری بر صفات اندازه‌گیری شده در حضور بیمارگر داشته باشد و ‏همچنین شدت بیماری‏زایی را نسبت به شاهد به طور معنی‌داری کاهش داد. ترکیب تیماری tr1 و ‏رقم آگریا نسبت به سایر ترکیبات بر صفات اندازه‏گیری شده تاثیر بیشتری داشت، بطوریکه بیشترین وزن خشک ساقه، وزن خشک استولون، وزن تر ریزغده و ‏تعداد ریزغده در ترکیب تیماری tr1 رقم آگریا به دست آمد، به‏نحوی که نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب افزایش 80، 52، 70 و ‏175 درصدی مشاهده شد. استفاده از ‏تیمارtr1 باعث افزایش فعالیت سیستم آنتی‏اکسیدانتی آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز (apx) و ‏محتوای پرولین و ‏از ‏ طرف دیگر کاهش پراکسیداسیون لپید گردید.

Effect of Trichoderma on the seed health tubers production of potato varieties under Rhizoctonia solani in greenhouse condition

To evalute the effect of Trichoderma fungus on potato productin in the presence of Rhizoctonia solani, a three replicated greenhouse experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design. Treatments were three strains of Trichoderma (i.e. Trichoderma harzianum (TR), Trichoderma virens (Tr2), Trichoderma atroviride (Tr3)), Rhizoctoniasolani Ag3 fungus and Agria and Sante varieties of potato provided by the seed and plant certification and registration institute. Root and shoot dry weight, stolon dry weight and number, tubers number and fresh weight were measured. the results showed that Trichoderma tretmeant could have a significant effect on the traits in the presence of fungus (pathogeninfected condition). Also, the virulence was significant decreased as compared to the contorol. Tr1 Agria variety combined treatment had mor significant effect on the measured traits than the other combined treatments, so that dry weight of shoot and stolons, fresh weight of tubers and the number of tubers was the highest in Tr1 tretmeant which was increased as compared to the control as 80, 52, 70 and 175 percentage, respectively. Also Tr1 Treatment increased Antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content, while decreased lipid peroxidation.
