طراحی و تبیین الگوی پیش‏بینی ورشکستگی شرکت‏ها برحسب صنایع منتخب با استفاده از الگوی درخت تصمیم

سرمایه‏گذاران همواره به دنبال کسب اطلاعات دربارۀ گزینه‏های سرمایه‏گذاری خود برای سرمایه‏گذاری مطلوب و تخصیص بهینۀ منابع خویش هستند. پیش‏بینی ورشکستگی شرکت‏ها یکی از مهم‏ترین موضوعاتی است که سرمایه‏گذاران را در این راه یاری می‌کند. پژوهش‏های زیادی در حوزۀ پیش‏بینی ورشکستگی انجام شده است؛ با این حال، بیشتر آنها الگویی کلی برای تمامی صنایع به‌صورت واحد ارائه کرده‏اند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش آن است که الگوی پیش‏بینی ورشکستگی مناسب برای صنایع خوردو و ساخت قطعات، محصولات شیمیایی و محصولات غذایی به‌جز قند و شکر، خاص هر صنعت طراحی و تبیین شود. این الگو از درخت تصمیم برای پیش‏بینی استفاده می‏کند. برای تعیین ورشکستگی شرکت‏ها از معیار مادۀ 141 قانون تجارت استفاده شده است. قلمرو زمانی این پژوهش را سال‏های 1380 تا 1392 تشکیل می‏دهد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‏دهد الگوی طراحی‌شده برای صنایع خودرو و ساخت قطعات، محصولات شیمیایی، محصولات غذایی به‌جز قند و شکر به‌ترتیب، دقت پیش‏بینی 95/95، 83/96 و 83/97 درصد را دارد که این اعداد، دقت زیاد الگوی طراحی‌شده را برای این سه صنعت (به‌ویژه برای صنعت محصولات غذایی به‌جز قند و شکر) نشان می‏دهد.

A Firms’ Bankruptcy Prediction Model Based on Selected Industries by Using Decision Trees Model

Investors are always looking for information about their investment choices to have a favorable investment and an optimized allocation of their resources. Bankruptcy prediction of the firm is one of the most important subjects that can help investors in this way. Many studies have been done in the field of bankruptcy prediction. However, the majority of them provide a general model for all industries as a unit. The main objective of this study is presenting a bankruptcy prediction model, specific for each industry, for three industries including automobile and parts manufacturing, chemical products, and Food, except for sugar products, using decision trees model. To determine bankruptcy of the firm we used the criteria of Article 141 in Commercial Code. This research was performed from 2002 to 2014. The results show that the designed model has a prediction accuracy of 95.95, 96.83 and 97.83 percent for automobile and parts manufacturing industry, chemical products industry, and Food, except for sugar products industry, respectively. These findings reflect high accuracy of these three models, especially for Food, except for sugar products industry.
