بررسی اثر حاکمیت شرکتی و کیفیت حسابرسی بر تامین مالی ازطریق وام بانکی در شرکت‌های خصوصی

پژوهش حاضر تاثیر حاکمیت شرکتی و کیفیت حسابرسی را بر تامین مالی ازطریق وام بانکی در شرکت‌های فعال در حوزۀ صنعت، معدن، بازرگانی و حمل‌ونقل بررسی می‌کند. برای تامین منابع مالی راه‌های زیادی وجود دارد. این کار در ایران بیشتر با دریافت اعتبار از بانک‌ها صورت می‌گیرد؛ با وجود این، سهم بانک‌ها و سایر موسسه‌های مالی در حاکمیت شرکتی شرکت‌ها بسیار پایین است. بانک‌ها و سایر موسسه‌های مالی به کیفیت گزارشگری مالی و شیوه‌های کنترلی اعمال‌شده درون شرکت توجه می‌کنند؛ ازاین‌رو ممکن است رابطۀ مستقیم بین تامین مالی ازطریق وام بانکی و حاکمیت شرکتی و کیفیت حسابرسی شرکت‌ها وجود داشته باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل نمونه‌ای از 15 شرکت فعال در حوزۀ صنعت، معدن، بازرگانی و حمل‌ونقل برای دورۀ 11‌ساله از سال 1383 تا 1393 به‎‌صورت تابلویی است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از الگوی رگرسیونی چندمتغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد وجود حاکمیت شرکتی، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تامین مالی ازطریق وام بانکی دارد؛ در حالی ‌که کیفیت حسابرسی این تاثیر را ندارد.

The Effect of Corporate Governance and Audit Quality on Bank Loan Financing in Private Companies

The present study aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance and audit quality on bank loan financing in companies in the industries such as production, mining, commerce, and transportation. There are many financing methods. In Iran, financing is mostly provided through approved credit by banks. However, the share of banks and other financial institutions in the corporate governance is not large at all. Banks and other financial institutions usually focus on the quality of financial reporting and control practices applied within a company. Hence may have a direct relationship between financing through bank loans and corporate governance and the quality of auditing companies.The study population included a sample of 15 companies in the industries, including production, mining, commerce, and transportation, over an 11year period 20042015. A multivariate regression model was used to test the hypotheses. The study results indicated that the corporate governance produces a positive and significant effect on bank loan financing, while audit quality produces none.
