ارائه مدل یکپارچه عوامل محیطی موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد

ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋهای دارد ﻧﻘﺶ و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺑﺮ آن اﺳﺖ. اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن ﺗﻌﺪاد زﯾﺎدی از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺗﺼﻮﯾﺮ ﮐﺸﯿﺪن ﻧﻘﺶ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﻼ ش ﮐﺮده اﻧﺪ، ﺗﻌﺪادی از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻘﺪان داﻧﺶ ﮐﺎﻓﯽ و ﺧﻸ وﺟﻮد ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺷﺎره داﺷﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اراﺋﮥ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪ از ﺳﻄﻮح ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻣﺆ ﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﺮ ﮐﺮدن ﺧﻸ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه‌ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎﺗﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی اﻫﺪاف آن روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﺑﻨﯿﺎد ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﻼﺳﯿﮏ (ﮔﻠﯿﺰری) اﺗﺨﺎذ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ ای ارﺗﻘﺎی ﮐ ﯿﻔﯿﺖ دادهﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻫﺮ دو ﺟﻨﺒﮥ ﻧﻈﺮی و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ از ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﻣﻮردﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣﯿﺎن اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ رﺷﺘﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎی ﺗﻬﺮان و ﻗﺰوﯾﻦ و ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زﯾﺮﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﮥ ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ و اﺷﺘﻐﺎل وزارت ﺗﻌﺎون، ﮐﺎر و رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻗﺎﻋﺪه‌ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮی، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎری ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 22 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎری ﻣﺬﮐﻮر رﺳﯿﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽﮔﺴﺘﺮدهای از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﻠﯽ ﮐﻼن (ﻣﻠﯽ و ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ)، ﻣﯿﺎ ﻧﯽ (ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ) و ﺧُﺮد (ﻓﺮدی) اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺒﺎً ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ زﯾﺮﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ و ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞدﻫﻨﺪه‌ ﻫﺮﮐﺪام از ﺳﻄﻮح ﺳﻪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﻣﻌ ﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎ ﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﻣﺘﻌﺪدی را ﺑﺮای اداﻣﮥ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت آﺗﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه آﺷﮑﺎر ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﻪ در اﻧﺘﻬﺎی اﯾن ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ آن اﺷﺎره ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
