ارائه الگوی خدمات اجتماعی موسسات آموزش عالی

یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف دانشگاه، پاسخگویی به نیاز جامعه است که با درگیر شدن در حل مسائل جامعه، راهکارهایی برای رفع مشکلات ارائه می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی خدمات اجتماعی موسسات آموزش عالی اجرا شد. بدین منظور به طور همزمان از روش مطالعه اسنادی و تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شد. قلمرو تحقیق شامل اسناد بالادستی و مدیریتی در خصوص اهداف و کارکردهای موسسات آموزش عالی و مصاحبه با صاحبنظران آموزش عالی بود. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند بوده و از 32 سند به عنوان نمونه نوشتاری استفاده شد. همچنین با پانزده نفر از متخصصان آموزش عالی، به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی مصاحبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از فرایند سه مرحله‌ای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد. اجرای فرایند کدگذاری باز منجر به شناسایی شصت و هفت مفهوم اصلی گردید. پس از طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها، الگوی خدمات اجتماعی موسسات آموزش عالی در قالب پنج مقوله محوری شامل خدمات آموزشی و پرورشی، خدمات زیستی رفاهی، خدمات علمی دانشی، خدمات فنی پژوهشی، خدمات فرهنگی سیاسی، شصت و هفت مفهوم باز و سازه انتخابی نیز همان خدمات اجتماعی موسسات آموزش عالی ارائه گردید.

providing a social service model for higher education institutions

one of the most important goals of the university is to meet the needs of the community, which provides solutions to solve problems by engaging in solving community problems. the present study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of social services for higher education institutions. for this purpose, the method of documentary study and qualitative content analysis were used simultaneously. the scope of the research included upstream and managerial documents on the goals and functions of higher education institutions and interviews with higher education experts. sampling was purposeful and 32 documents were used as a written sample. fifteen higher education professionals were also interviewed in a targeted and snowball manner. in order to analyze the qualitative data, a threestep process of open, axial and selective coding was used. the implementation of the open coding process led to the identification of sixtyseven main concepts. after classifying the data, the social services model of higher education institutions in the form of five central categories including educational services, biowelfare services, scientificknowledge services, technicalresearch services, cultural and political services, sixtyseven open concepts and the selected structure provided the same social services of higher education institutions.
