شناسایی پیشران های تقویت کننده ی طب سنتی ایرانی در افق ده ساله؛ با مروری انتقادی بر روند طب سنتی ایران

ایران با برخورداری از یک تاریخ ریشه دار و کهن و جایگاه فرهنگی غنی و بی‌همتا در جهان و ملتی ریشه‌دار و اصیل، پس از ورود اسلام وارد دوره ای از شکوفایی و جهش های شگرف و بی سابقه در حوزه‌های مختلف علمی از جمله ریاضیات، نجوم، فلسفه و حکمت و مهندسی شد. یکی از این عرصه‌های بی بدیل حوزه‌ی پزشکی یا طب بوده‌است. ریشه‌های عمیق طب سنتی ایرانی آن‌چنان مستحکم است که حتی با ورود ایران به دوره ی طب مدرن همچنان تا به امروز به حیات و بقای خود ادامه داده‌است. اما دوام و بقا و تقویت روند تکاملی این حوزه با وجود چالش های پیش رو و کنونی بی‌تردید در گرو تقویت عوامل و نیروهایی است که در ادبیات آینده‌پژوهی با عنوان نیروهای پیشران اطلاق می‌شوند. بر این اساس این سوال پیش روی محققین قرار می‌گیرد که پیشران‌های تقویت کننده‌ی طب سنتی در افق ده ساله چیست؟. در این پژوهش که یک پژوهش کیفی در حوزه‌ی طب سنتی و آینده‌پژوهی است با تمرکز بر مفهوم پیشران‌ها و با رویکرد خبرگانی و با استفاده از روش روش دلفی بلادرنگ، تلاش شده‌است تا پیشران‌های موثر و تقویت کننده ی طب سنتی با رویکرد اکتشافی شناسایی شوند. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، پیشران‌های موثر و تقویت کننده ی طب سنتی ایرانی در شش طبقه‌ی اجتماعیفرهنگی، فناوری، حقوقی و قانونی، زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و سیاسی قرار می گیرند.

islamic iran, with its deeprooted and ancient history and rich and unique cultural position in the world and its deeprooted and original nation, experienced amazing and unprecedented shifts in various scientific fields specially in mathematics, astronomy, philosophy and wisdom and engineering during the islamic age. one of these unique fields was medicine. the roots of iranian traditional medicine are so strong that it has continued its life and survival with the courses of traditional medicine in iran until today. but the persistence and strengthening of the progress of this field for itself depends on factors and forces that are referred to in the futures studies literature as driving forces. accordingly, the question arises for researchers that what are the strengthening driving forces of traditional medicine in a tenyear horizon? in this research, which is a qualitative research in the field of traditional medicine and futures studies, by focusing the concept of driving forces and using the realtime delphi method , attempts have been made to identify the driving forces of enhancement of traditional medicine. based on the findings of this study, the driving forces of enhancement of traditional iranian medicine were identified and classified into six categories including sociocultural, technological, law, environmental, economical and political.
