الگوی محیط شناسی ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای پیرامون جمهوری اسلامی ایران

محیط پیرامونی هر کشور عمدتاً شامل مکان ها و فضاهای جغرافیایی است که اهداف، فرصت‌ها و تهدید‌ات هر کشور در آن چارچوب تعریف می‌شود و بر هر عمل راهبردی و سیاسی کشور احاطه دارد. به همین جهت برای واحدهای سیاسی، شناخت دقیق محیط ژئوپلیتیکی پیرامون خود موضوعی تعیین کننده می باشد. مکان ها و فضاهای جغرافیایی، بسته به موقعیت، مشخصات و عناصر ساختاری و کارکردی خود دارای ارزش های متفاوتی هستند که از ثبات برخوردار نمی باشند و در بستر زمان دچار تحول و تغییر می گردند. مصداق این امر، حوزه های ژئوپلیتیکی محیط پیرامونی ج.ا.ا است که از سیالیت ارزشی برخوردار است؛ به طوری که برخی از این مناطق در گذشته جزو مناطق کم ارزش ژئوپلیتیکی محسوب می شده، ولی امروزه از ارزش ژئوپلیتیکی بالایی برخوردار شده است و یا بالعکس. در واقع شناخت ابعاد و متغیرهای ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای پیرامون ج.ا.ایران هدف اصلی این نگارنده از تدوین این مقاله است. در این اثر، از روش توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شده و نگارنده تلاش نموده که با انجام مطالعات کتابخانه ای و نظری، شناخت مولفه های ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای همسایه ایران، ارائه پرسشنامه و انجام آزمون بر روی داده های پرسشنامه، یافته های تحقیق را استخراج و نتایج تحقیق را در قالب یک الگوی کارآمد برای شناخت محیط های پیرامونی کشور ارائه نماید.

Geopolitical environmental model of countries around the Islamic Republic of Iran

The environment of each country mainly includes geographical places and spaces in which the goals, opportunities and threats of each country are defined and surrounds every strategic and political action of the country. Therefore, for political units, accurate knowledge of the geopolitical environment around them is crucial. Geographical places and spaces, depending on their location, characteristics and structural and functional elements, have different values that are not stable and change over time. An example of this is the geopolitical areas of the environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has a value fluidity; So that some of these areas in the past were considered low geopolitical areas, but today has a high geopolitical value or vice versa. In fact, recognizing the dimensions and geopolitical variables of the countries around the Islamic Republic of Iran is the main purpose of this author in compiling this article. In this work, a descriptiveanalytical method is used and the author tries to extract the research findings by conducting library and theoretical studies, recognizing the geopolitical components of Iran’s neighboring countries, presenting a questionnaire and conducting tests on the questionnaire data. Present the research results in the form of an efficient model for understanding the surrounding environments of the country.
