الگوی قدرت نظامی ج.ا.ایران بر اساس فرهنگ مهدویت

راهبرد انتظار؛ یعنی کلان نگری و به کارگیری انواع ظرفیت های مادی و معنوی برای ظهور امام زمان (عجل الله تعالی فرجه الشریف). یکی از ظرفیت های مهم و اساسی، سازماندهی قدرت نظامی هوشمند مبتنی بر فرهنگ مهدویت است. قدرت ملی شامل جغرافیا، اقتصاد، سیاست، فرهنگ، علم و فناوری، سایبری و توان نظامی می باشد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین قدرت نظامی ج.ا.ایران به عنوان پایه و اساس دفاع و امنیت و مهمترین رکن قدرت ملی، در سه بُعد نرم افزاری، سخت افزاری و هوشمندی است. این پژوهش به روش زمینه ای موردی انجام گردیده و از نوع کاربردی می باشد. روش گرد آوری اطلاعات میدانی و کتابخانه ای بوده و جامعه آماری 200 نفر که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران جامعه نمونه 86 نفر می باشد. نتایج تحقیق حکایت از آن دارد که قدرت نظامی مبتنی بر فرهنگ مهدویت، در بُعد نرم افزاری شامل مولفه ارزش محوری با 14 شاخص و مولفه سرمایه انسانی با 10 شاخص می باشد. قدرت نظامی در بُعد سخت افزاری شامل مولفه توان محوری با 6 شاخص و مولفه قابلیت محوری با 9 شاخص است. قدرت نظامی در بُعد هوشمندی شامل مولفه دانش محوری با 8 شاخص و مولفه فناوری محوری با 5 شاخص می باشد. پایه و اساس قدرت نظامی، نیروی انسانی ارزشی و دانشی است.

IRI’s Military Power Model Based on the Culture of Mahdism

Awaiting strategy; i.e., macroplanning and using all kinds of material and spiritual capacities for the emergence of the Imam of the Age (may God hasten his advent) is one of the most important and basic capacities to organize intelligent military power based on the culture of Mahdism.  National power includes geography, economics, politics, culture, science and technology, cyber and military might. To that end, this study seeks to explain Iran’s military power as the basis of defense and security and the most important pillar of national power in three dimensions of software, hardware and intelligence. This research, an applied type, has been done in a contextualcase method, collecting information in field and library and mines data from a statistical population of 200 people that by means of the Cochran’s formula the sample population equals to 86 people.  The results of the research indicate that military power based on the culture of Mahdism, in the software dimension includes the core value component with 14 indicators and the human capital component including 10 indicators. The military power in the hardware dimension includes the axial power component with 6 indicators and the axial capability component with 9 indicators. In effect, the military power in the intelligence dimension includes the knowledgebased component with 8 indicators and the technologybased component with 5 indicators the base of which is value and knowledgeoriented manpower.
