شناسایی و اولویت بندی ابعاد و مولفه های موثر در ارزیابی توانمندی جنگ الکترونیک نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ا

ارزیابی و تحلیل توانمندی جنگ الکترونیک به عنوان یکی از ابعاد رزمی نیروهای مسلح ، یکی از عوامل کلیدی به شمار می رود که به دغدغه بسیاری از صاحب نظران این حوزه تبدیل شده است. در این تحقیق، محقق به دنبال شناسایی و اولویت بندی ابعاد و مولفه های موثر در ارزیابی توانمندی جنگ الکترونیک نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران است؛ بنابراین برای دستیابی به این هدف، نخست با گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه ای، مطالعاتاسنادی و مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان موضوع، الگوی مفهومی پیشنهادی تدوین گردید. سپس با استفاده از نظر خبرگان، معیارهای پیشنهادی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نمونه آماری در این تحقیق شامل مدیران سطوح راهبردی، اساتید، کارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه جنگ الکترونیک در سطح نیروهای مسلح و ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براساس اصول ای اچ پی است. روایی پرسشنامه توسط گروهی از صاحب نظران دانشگاهی تایید و بررسی شد. نرخ ناسازگاری پاسخ ها کمتر از 0/1 به دست آمد ( مساوی 0/04 ) بنابراین براساس جدول توماس ساعتی مشخص می گردد که معیارها و گزینه های مورد مطالعه از قابلیت اطمینان مناسبی برخوردار است. در نتیجه براساس بررسی و تحلیل اظهار نظر خبرگان و کارشناسان مربوطه، الگویی علمی - کاربردی برای ارزیابی و تحلیل توانمندی جنگ الکترونیک نیروهای مسل ج.ا.ایران در قالب چهار بُعد و 17 مولفه شناسایی شد که براساس مقایسات زوجی و با استفاده از نرم افزار اکسپرت چویز، میزان اهمیت و وزن هر یک از آنها به دست آمد.

Identifying and prioritizing the dimensions and effective components in assessing the electronic warfare capability of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The researcher seeks to identify and prioritize the dimensions and effective components in assessing the electronic warfare capability of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To achieve this goal, first, by collecting information through library methods, documentary studies and indepth interviews with subject matter experts, a proposed conceptual model was developed.Then, using the opinion of experts, the proposed criteria were assessed. The statistical sample includes managers of strategic levels, professors, experts and specialists in the field of electronic warfare at the level of the armed forces and research tools, a researchermade questionnaire based on the principles of HP. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of academic experts. The rate of incompatibility of responses was less than 0.1 (equal to 0.04). Therefore, based on the Thomas Hour table, it is determined that the criteria and options studied have good reliability.As a result, based on the review and analysis of the opinions of relevant experts and experts, a scientificapplied model for evaluating and analyzing the electronic warfare capabilities of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in four dimensions and 17 components was identified.
