بررسی سرچشمه های ژئوپلیتیکی بحران در بالکان با تاکید بر امنیت مسلمانان

شبه جزیره بالکان یکی از بی ثبات ترین مناطق اروپا و جهان است که همواره مورد توجه قدرت های منطقه ای و جهانی می باشد. این منطقه دارای نیروهای واگرای قومی و مذهبی است، که دائما با یکدیگر در حال رقابت هستند. با فروپاشی یوگسلاوی سابق ژئوپلیتیک منطقه بالکان دچار تغییرات اساسی شد، که به جنگ های خونین قومی و مذهبی خصوصا جنگ بوسنی و هرزگوین و بحران کوزوو، منجر شد. در این منازعات بازیگران متعدد هر یک بدنبال تحقق اهداف و مطامع محلی، منطقه ای و جهانی خویش بودند. به جهت اهمیت موضوع و سرنوشت مسلمانان بالکان بر آن شدیم تا از منظر چالش های ژئوپلیتیکی مسلمانان، به بررسی و ریشه یابی سرچشمه های بحران و تاثیرآن بر وضعیت مسلمانان بالکان که یک تجربه تاریخی حائز اهمیت می باشد بپردازیم. از این رو پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است تا با استفاده از روش تاریخی، توصیفی و تحلیلی و متغیرهای تعیین شده بر اساس عوامل ثابت و متغیر ژئوپلیتیک، نقش عوامل متعدد در بوجود آمدن بحران های این منطقه و میزان تاثیر گذاری آنها بر امنیت مسلمانان، بویژه کشور بوسنی و هرزگوین و کوزوو را شناسایی و در جهت راه های رسیدن به امنیت و صلح پایدار، بر پیوستن کشورهای منطقه به پیمان های منطقه ای و بین المللی بعنوان موثرترین راه های همگرایی بین اقوام و کشورها تاکید می نماید.

Geopolitical Origins of the Balkan crisis with emphasizing on security of the Muslims

The Balkan peninsula is one of the most instable regions in Europe and the world which has always considerable for regional and world powers. There are divergent ethnic and religious forces in this region which are constantly in competition with each other. The Balkan geopoletics came to a basic changes after the collapse of former Yugoslavia that concluded to the bloody ethnic and religious conflicts particularly Bosnia and Herzegovina war and the Kosovo crisis. Numerous actors were pursuing to accomplish their local, regional and universal goals in this war. In relation to find the role of the regional and universal actors, many analysis have been presented. Regarding the importance of the issue and the destination of the Balkan Moslems, we are intent to study it from the approach of the Moslems Geopletical challenges: Finding the roots of the crisis and it’s effect on Balkan Moslems status which is an important historical experience. Accordingly, the present study seek to find out the role of numerous factors in the creation of crisis in this region and their effects on security of Moslems, particularly in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kosovo. It also emphasize on (the) ways to accomplish permanent security and peace by putting stress on regional states to join regional and international treaties as the most effective ways for convergence among different tribes and countries. To this end comparative historical and analytical methods will be employed with the determined variables being used pending the stable and changing geopolitical factors.
