تبیین و تحلیل مبانی فقهی آرای آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در دفاع از امنیت اجتماعی و روانی

با عنایت به اینکه آموزه های اسلام از جامعیت برخوردار بوده و برنامه ای مدون برای تمامی ابعاد زندگی انسان دارند، نوشتار حاضر کوشیده است در پژوهشی مسئله محور، با اتخاذ رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی، مواردی از احکام فقهی را که به نحوی با مقوله امنیت اجتماعی و روانی مرتبط هستند، شناسایی نموده و آرای آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای را در این باب مورد مداقه قرار دهد. نیک پیداست که مواضع ایشان از این جهت حائز اهمیت شایان است که معظم له ضمن اینکه فقیهی حاذق می باشند، در طول سالیان، از رهگذر مدیریت جامعه تجارب ارزشمندی کسب نموده و با تاسی به آموزه های دینی، پیاده سازی تعالیم راهبردی شریعت را مدنظر قرار داده اند؛ لذا تبیین رویکرد ایشان می تواند به مثابه الگویی درخشان فراروی مدیران جامعه قرار گیرد. یافته های پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که پرداختن به مقوله دفاع از امنیت اجتماعی و روانی در میراث فقهی، در ضمن مباحثی همچون محاربه و افساد فی الارض، بحث جهاد دفاعی، تحریم جرایم جنسی و همچنین برخی از آموزه های دیگر از قبیل حرمت غیبت، دروغ، تهمت و... که تامین کننده امنیت جامعه است تبلور یافته است و جلوه های این موارد و تشریح، بسط و روشنگری آ‌ن‌ها در بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای به نحو روشنی قابل استخراج و شناسایی است.

explanation and analysis of the jurisprudential bases of ayatollah khamenei’s opinions in defense of social and psychological security

considering that the teachings of islam are comprehensive and have written plans for all aspects of human life, the present article has tried to find some cases of jurisprudence that are somehow related to the category of social and psychological security in a problem-oriented research, by adopting a descriptive-analytical approach. are related, identify and examine the opinions of ayatollah khamenei in this regard. it is obvious that his positions are important from the point of view that he is a skilled jurist, over the years, he has gained valuable experiences through the management of society, and he has taken into consideration the implementation of the strategic teachings of the shari’a, based on religious teachings; therefore, the explanation of his approach can be used as a shining example for the managers of the society. the findings of the research indicate that addressing the category of defending social and psychological security in jurisprudential heritage, including discussions such as war and corruption on earth, defensive jihad, prohibition of sexual crimes and also some other doctrines such as the sanctity of occultation, lies, slander, etc., which ensure the security of the society, have crystallized and the manifestations of these cases and their explanation, expansion and enlightenment can be clearly extracted and identified in the statements of ayatollah khamenei.
