نسبت میان محبت و عدالت در اندیشه ی سیاسی شهرزوری

جایگاه و نقش عدالت در اندیشه‌ی سیاسی فیلسوفان مسلمان مهمترین رکن جامعه‌ی آرمانی و مدینه‌ی فاضله به شمار می‌رود. این درحالی است که به نقش عشق و محبت در دستیابی به کمالات حقیقی در عرصه‌ی اجتماع و رابطه‌ی آن با عدالت چندان توجهی نشده است. بدین خاطر مسئله‌ی اصلی این پژوهش نسبت میان محبت و عدالت در فلسفه‌ی سیاسی است و مورد مطالعاتی پژوهش دیدگاه شمس‌الدّین شهرزوری می‌باشد. هدف تحقیق، تحلیل عنصر محبت است تا روشن شود که این عنصر با شرایط و قیودی می‌تواند انصاف‌زا و عدالت‌خیز باشد. شهرزوری با اعتقاد به ضرورتِ تبعیتِ جامعه‌ی بشری از نظام تکوین، به تقدم عشق و محبت بر عدالت، باور داشت و معتقد بود عشق جامع – که عشقی عقلانی و انسانی است – زاینده‌ی انصاف است؛ بنابراین، جامعه با این رابطه‌ی محبت‌آمیز و عاشقانه به سعادت خود نائل خواهد شد و عدالت تنها به عنوان یک سیاست جبرانی و در صورتِ فقدانِ رابطه‌ی محبت‌آمیز مورد تمسک خواهد بود. در نهایت یافته‌ی این پژوهش که با شیوه‌ی توصیفی _ تحلیلی حاصل گشته آن است که نظریه‌ی شهرزوری اگر چه به ظاهر به محبت – به جای عدالت – تمایل دارد، اما در حقیقت، با توجه به قیود و شروطی که او برای محبت ذکر می‌کند، به یک عدالت درون‌زا که از باطن محبت حاصل می‌آید، منتهی می‌شود و عدالتی را که منکر است، چیزی جزعدالت بیرونی و قسری نمی‌باشد.

the position and role of justice in the political thought of muslim philosophers is considered the most important pillar of the ideal society and utopia. this is while the role of love and affection in achieving true perfection in the community and its relationship with justice has not been paid much attention. therefore, the main problem of this research is the relationship between love and justice in political philosophy, and the study object of the research is the view of shamsuddin shahrzori. the purpose of the research is to analyze the element of love in order to clarify that this element can be fair and just with conditions and limitations. believing in the necessity of human society’s compliance with the system of development, shahrzuri believed in the priority of love and affection over justice, and he believed that comprehensive love - which is a rational and human love - is the generator of fairness; therefore, the society will achieve its happiness with this loving and loving relationship, and justice will be held only as a compensatory policy and in the absence of a loving relationship. in the end, the finding of this research, which was obtained through descriptive-analytical method, is that although shahrzuri’s theory seems to favor love - instead of justice - but in fact, according to the limitations and conditions he mentions for love, an endogenous justice that results from the interiority of love leads, and the justice that is denied is nothing but external and forced justice.
