کُنش‌گران مولِّد امنیت متعالیه از دردگاه نهج البلاغه

شکل ‎گیری امنیت پایدار در ابعاد، سطوح و انواع آن در مکاتب گوناگون امنیتی در گرو مبانی خاص نظری و مولّفه ‎های تاثیرگذار است. ازجمله مولفه ‎های موثر در این مکاتب، کُنشگرانی هستند که وظیفه تولید امنیت و پاسداری از آن برای ایشان تعریف می‎ شود. هدف این مقاله شناسایی کنشگران امنیت در نهج ‎البلاغه با نگاهی فرازمانی و فرامکانی برای ایجاد نظامی مبتنی بر امنیت پایدار بوده و درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که «مجریان و کُنشگران تولید امنیت از دیدگاه امام‎ علی (ع)‎ در نهج ‎البلاغه چه کسانی هستند؟» این مقاله متاثر از رویکرد امنیت متعالی و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، سامان یافته است. باتوجه‎به مبانی توحیدی امنیت در نگرش نظام عاقلانه و عادلانه علوی، عمده تفاوت کُنشگران مکتب امنیتی امام‎ علی (ع)، در رویکرد الهی و اصالت‎بخش به آخرت و درعینِ‎حال پذیرشِ تامین امنیت دنیوی با مبانی، ارزش‎ها و گرایش‎های خاص خود است. در این نوع نگاه، خداوند به‎عنوان کُنشگر اصلی امنیت حاکمیت داشته و پیشوایان و رهروان هدایت همسو با هم در نظام امامت-امّت در کنار کنشگرانِ سازمانی و حاکمیتی در انواع گوناگون امنیت در جامعه توحیدی عهده‎دار ساخت فضای امنِ دنیایی-آخرتی هستند.

activists generating transcendent security from the perspective of nahj al-balaghah

the formation of sustainable security in its dimensions, levels and types in various security schools depends on specific theoretical foundations and influential components. among the effective components in these schools are the actors for whom the task of producing security and protecting it is defined. the purpose of this article is to identify the security actors in nahj al-balaghah with a transcendental and transcendental perspective to create a system based on sustainable security and seeks to answer the question that who are they? this article is influenced by the transcendent security approach and is organized by qualitative content analysis method. according to the monotheistic principles of security in the view of the wise and just alawite system, the main difference between the activists of imam ali (as) security school is in the divine approach and originality to the hereafter and at the same time accepting worldly security with its own principles, values and tendencies. in this view, god as the main actor of security has sovereignty and the leaders and guides in the imamate system - the ummah along with organizational and sovereign actors in various types of security in a monotheistic society are responsible for creating a safe world - hereafter.
