نقش رهبر در پایداری انقلاب اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

انقلاب اسلامی ایران پایدارترین انقلاب در مقایسه با سایر انقلاب‎های معاصر است. یکی از عوامل مهم پایداری این انقلاب نحوۀ ایفای نقش رهبر است. این نوشتار با روش پژوهش کیفی تحلیل محتوای متن انجام شده و درصدد پاسخ به این مسئله است: «با تاکید بر بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب، رهبر چه نقشی در پایداری انقلاب اسلامی ایران دارد؟» رهبران انقلاب‎ها سه کارویژۀ اساسی دارند: 1. ایدئولوژیک؛ 2. بسیج‎کنندگی؛ 3. نهادسازی و مدیریت. با مطالعۀ بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی ایران، مشاهده می‎شود که رهبران انقلاب در خصوص کارویژۀ اول، اندیشۀ امامت و ولایت، تقریری روزآمد از اندیشۀ اسلامی با حفظ اصالت دینی، استقامت بر آرمان‎ها، ایجاد خودباوری، اندیشۀ مقاومت و معنویت و اخلاق را با انجام اقدامات بسیار مهمی نهادینه کرده یا افزایش داده‎اند؛ در خصوص کارویژۀ دوم، اموری مانند مردمی بودن و مردمی ماندن و تاکید بر وحدت را تقویت کرده‎اند؛ دربارۀ کارویژۀ سوم، رهبران انقلاب اسلامی به سبب مدیریت فرایندی، مسدود کردن مجاری نفوذ دشمنان، اتکا به توانایی داخلی و گسترش عدالت، نقش مدیریتی انقلاب را ایفا کرده‎اند. با انجام گرفتن سه کارویژۀ اساسی توسط رهبران ایران اسلامی، انقلاب اسلامی پایدارترین انقلاب در میان انقلاب‎های معاصر شده است.

The Role of the Leader in the Stability of the Islamic Revolution of Iran with Emphasis on the Statement of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution

The Islamic Revolution of Iran is the most stable revolution compared to other contemporary revolutions. This article has been done by qualitative research method of text content analysis and seeks to answer this question: By emphasizing the statement of the second step of the revolution, what role does the leader play in the stability of the Islamic Revolution of Iran? The leaders of the revolutions have three basic functions:  1. Ideological; 2. mobilization; 3. Institutionalization and management. By studying the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, it can be seen that the leaders of the revolution regarding the first function The idea of Imamate and Wilayah is an uptodate interpretation of Islamic thought while maintaining religious originality, enduring ideals, creating selfconfidence, They have institutionalized or enhanced the idea of resistance, spirituality, and morality by taking very important steps; As for the second function, things like being popular and staying popular and strengthening the emphasis on unity; Regarding the third function, the leaders of the Islamic Revolution have played the managerial role of the revolution due to process management, blocking the infiltration channels of the enemies, relying on internal ability and promoting justice. With the performance of three basic functions by the leaders of Islamic Iran, the Islamic Revolution has become the most stable revolution among contemporary revolutions.
