بررسی تطبیقی سبک سیاستمداری رهبران انقلاب ( امام خمینی (ره) و آیه الله خامنه ای (دام ظله)) مبتنی بر مدل کری واک

امام خمینی (ره) و سپس آیت‎الله خامنه‎ای (دام ظله) به عنوان رهبران انقلاب اسلامی موجب دگرگونی در جهان شده و معادلات جهانی را تغییر داده‎اند. این مهم در سبک سیاستمداری آنها در سطح ملی و بین‎المللی متبلور است. ازاین‎رو، بررسی تطبیقی رهبری آنان مفید است. این مقایسه، با بهره‎گیری از مدل «کری واک» با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام شده است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‎ای و اسنادی و روش تحلیل، مبتنی بر مدل «کری واک» است. نتایج نشان می‎دهد که از منظر تئوری‎سازی، رهبری مقام معظم رهبری(دام ظله) در امتداد و بازنمود رهبری امام راحل(ره) است و جنبه تکمیل کنندگی دارد. افزون بر این، الگوهای مورد مطالعه، در مبانی و منظومه فکری همانندی دارند؛ بدین‎سان که هر دو الگو مبانی توحیدی دارند و از منظومه فکری اسلام سیراب می‎شوند. این در حالی است که الگوها در صحنه عمل با توجه به کاربست رهبری اقتضایی در هر دو الگو متفاوتند؛ امام راحل (ره) با پیشنهاد مدل مدیریت بر قلب‎ها به رهبری نرم گرایش دارد، بنابراین از منظر نظری بر رهبری سخت در مقابل دشمنان تاکید می‎کند. با وجود این، کاربست رهبری سخت در زمان ایشان در مواردی امکان‎پذیر نبوده است؛ ولی رهبری آیت‎الله خامنه‎ای (دام ظله) هوشمندانه و تلفیقی از رهبری نرم و سخت است که در اوضاع کنونی جهان به عنوان الگویی موفق عمل کرده است.

A comparative study of the political style of the leaders of the revolution (Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei) based on the Kerry Walk model

In this research, the author aims to compare the leadership of Imam Rahel and the Supreme Leader based on kery walk model in responding to the nature of these leadership models with a descriptiveanalytical method. Is ; The research findings show that Imam Rahel’s leadership pattern is similar to that of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei; the results suggest that the two models share similar ideals in the system of thought, since both models are based on monotheistic principles and from the system. Islamic thought becomes Asharq While the models are different at the scene, Imam Rahel’s leadership is modeled on the divine motivation, orbital duty, and democracy with soft leadership, but Ayatollah Khamenei’s leadership is a combination of intelligent spiritual leadership. Soft and hard leadership is a model that has succeeded in current international conditions, so the overall result shows that the Supreme Leader’s model has the dimensions, components, and soft leadership qualities that are based on Imam Rahel’s leadership model.
