بازشناسی مذاکرۀ سیاسی امام حسن (ع)؛ اصول گفتمان صلح

صلح امام حسن(ع) با معاویه، یکی از پرمناقشه‌ترین رویدادهای تاریخی است که برداشتهای مختلفی از آن، صورت گرفته است. عده‌ای آن را اقدامی عزتمندانه در مواجهه با مخالفان و از مقولة مذاکرات سیاسی حکیمانه می‌دانند که دارای اصول و ضوابطی معین است و برخی دیگر آن را اقدامی منفعلانه و از سر ضعف می‌پندارند. در این پژوهش، با تبیین معنا و مولفه‌های مذاکرة سیاسی و مروری اجمالی بر ماجرای گفت‌وگوهای صلح امام حسن(ع) با معاویه، در بررسی تطبیقیِ شاخصه‌های مذاکرة سیاسی با ویژگی‌ها و شرایط حاکم بر جریان این صلح، مشخص می‌گردد که این گفت‌وگوها، از نوع مذاکرة سیاسی با مخالفان است و بر اساس اصول و ضوابطی خاص صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه، با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، ضمن بررسی منابع معتبر تاریخی رواییِ مرتبط با این جریان، مهم‌ترین اصول و ضوابط مذاکرة امام حسن(ع) در صلح با معاویه را با لحاظ زمان، در قالب اصول «پیش از مذاکره»، «حین مذاکره» و «بعد از مذاکره» تقسیم و مورد بررسی و تبیین قرار می‌‌دهد.

Recognition of the Political Negotiation of Imam Hassan (AS); Principles of Peace Discourse

Imam Hassan’s (Peace be upon him) making peace with Mu’aviyah is one of the most controversial historical events from which different interpretations have been made. Some consider it an honorable act in the face of opponents as well as a kind of wise political negotiation that has certain principles and criteria, while others consider it a passive and weak act. In the research, by explaining the meaning and components of political negotiation and an overview of the accounts of Imam Hassan’s (AS) conciliatory talks with Mu’aviyah, in a comparative study of the characteristics of political negotiation with the dominant features and conditions of this conciliation process, it becomes evident that these debates are a type of political negotiation with the opponents and are based on specific principles and criteria. Examining the valid historical and narrative sources related to this process by using a descriptiveanalytical method, the study investigates Imam Hassan’s (AS) most important principles and criteria of conciliation negotiations with Mu’aviyah, by pointing to time, in the divided forms of &prenegotiation&, &the negotiation itself& and &postnegotiation& principles. Finally, although Imam Hassan (Peace be upon him) agreed to negotiate according to the interests of his time, they had principles and rules in peace negotiations.
