زبان و حوزه اعتبار تمدنیِ جهان اسلام

در سه دهه اخیر سطح تحلیل تمدنی در  در روابط بین ‎الملل ظهور یافته و سبب تولد مسئله‎ های جدیدی در این حوزه مطالعاتی شده است. از جمله مسئله‎ های نوپدید بازخوانی نقش تمدنی زبان به عنوان یک متغیر فعال در روابط بین ‎الملل است. در این قلمرو توانمندی زبان برای کنشگری در قدرت ‎سازی، ایجاد موازنه و رقابت، ایجاد ارتباط و همکاری و همگرایی مورد توجه قرار می‎ گیرد. در پژوهش حاضر به این پرسش پاسخ داده می ‎شود که بر اساس تجربه زیسته مسلمانان، زبان در روابط تمدنی (حوزه جهان اسلام) و برون تمدنی (جهان اسلام و سایر تمدن‎ها) ایفا نموده است؟ فرضیه پژوهش حاضر این است که: نقش زبان در تمدن اسلامی ایجاد «حوزه اعتبار تمدنی» بوده است. این نقش هم در گستره درون تمدنی و هم در روابط با محیط بیرونی ( به ویژه در  روابط بین ‎الملل در دو سده اخیر) محقق شده است.  حوزه اعتبار تمدنی کارکردهای زبان در ایجاد فهم بین‎ الاذهانی در تمدن اسلامی در عین تکثر زبانی، تسهیل ارتباطات علمی در درون امت اسلامی، قرار گرفتن در کانون مواجهه و رقابت با تمدن غربی در سده اخیر، مهمترین شواهدی است که در این بررسی مورد بازخوانی قرار می ‎گیرند. بازخوانی عناصر تمدنی و متغیرهای کلیدی در تمدن اسلامی یا در تجربه زیسته مسلمانان این امکان را فراهم می‎آورد که فهم روشن‎تری از ارتباط بین عناصر و فرایند تولید و بازتولید تمدن اسلامی به دست آوریم. با تبیین این روابط می ‎توانیم به قواعد تمدن ‎سازی و یا نحوه بهره‎ برداری از عناصر تمدنی در دوره معاصر بیاندیشیم.

The language and scope of civilization of the Islamic world

In the last three decades, the level of civilization analysis has emerged in international relations and has given rise to new issues in this field of study. One of the emerging issues is rereading the role of language civilization as an active variable in international relations. In this realm, the ability of language to act in empowerment, creating balance and competition, creating communication and cooperation, and convergence is considered. In the present study, answer will be given to this question that based on the lived experience of Muslims, language has played a role in the relations of civilization (Islamic world) and extracivilization (Islamic world and other civilizations)? The hypothesis of the present study is that: The role of language in Islamic civilization has been to create a “domain of civilization validity.” This role has been achieved both within civilization and in relations with the external environment (especially in international relations in the last two centuries). The field of civilization validity of language functions in creating intersubjective understanding in Islamic civilization while linguistic pluralism, facilitating scientific communication within the Islamic Ummah, being at the center of confrontation and competition with Western civilization in the last century, is the most important evidence that will be review in this study. Reveiwing the elements of civilization and key variables in Islamic civilization or in the lived experience of Muslims allows us to gain a clearer understanding of the relationship between the elements and the process of production and reproduction of Islamic civilization. By explaining these relations, we can think about the rules of civilization or how to use the elements of civilization in the contemporary period
